For the fishing enthusiast in your crew, Port Aransas is also a dream destination for anglers of all ages and skill levels, offering pier fishing to deep sea excursions or fishing right off of the beach. You never know what you’ll discover next!

The interior of the home is just as cheerful as the exterior, with nautical themed décor paring well with comfortable furnishings. The living room offers plush sofa and armchair seating as well as a smart TV ensuring you’ll never miss an episode of your favorite show. The well-equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Seating options for feasting on your well-earned fare include the formal dining room table with room for 4 as well as the high-top end table with seating for 2 just steps away. Fire up the Keurig coffee maker in the morning to help start your day, enjoying it by the shared pool or to go on a stroll around the neighborhood.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to select the total number of pets (limited to 2 pets of no more than 50lbs each) at the time of booking so the pet fee is included. The pet fee is $40 per night for up to 2 pets total. If you do not select this at the time of booking, please contact our Guest Services to ensure you have paid the pet fee before checking in. To avoid any additional charges, it’s important to notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. All pets must be kept on a leash when outside and cleaned up after at all times. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!

• Parking available for up to 2 vehicles – 1 in the driveway and 1 in the garage. Parking is very tight.
• To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• Pool is shared with 3 other townhomes in this complex.
• Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older. At least one guest aged 25+ must be present on-site for the entire stay, from check-in through check-out. A valid government-issued ID is may be required upon request after booking to verify compliance with this policy.

This home and all furnishings are privately owned, and we kindly ask guests to treat the property with care and respect throughout their stay. Prior to check-in, a detailed video walkthrough and photographs are taken to document the condition of the home. Guests are responsible for any damage incurred during their stay, including additional cleaning fees if the property is not left in its original condition at check-out. This is a strictly non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or remediation charges. Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and parties, events, loud noise, or unregistered guests are not permitted at any time; these regulations are monitored by the City, and violations may result in fines, immediate cancellation of the reservation, and removal from the property without refund. Illegal drugs, including marijuana in any form, are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of drug use will be reported to local authorities and the booking platform. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; as a small, family-owned local host with frequent back-to-back reservations, strict adherence to these times is required, though alternative arrangements may be considered with at least 24 hours’ advance notice and are not guaranteed. The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, at least one guest aged 25+ must remain on the property for the duration of the stay, and a valid government-issued photo ID may be required for verification; reservations that do not meet these requirements may be canceled without refund.
