Located in Panama Dunes, one of Panama City Beach’s premier coastal communities, SeaEsta is a delightful 3-storey getaway home. Only a block away from the Florida sea, it’s a charming retreat for vacationers, with relaxing community pool and glorious sunsets.

The living room exudes a breezy, tropical vibe with powder blue interiors, lush indoor plants and wooden furnishing. A comfy L-shaped couch surrounds the Smart TV, while a 6-seater roomy balcony offers tranquil views of the pool.

Back inside, whip up your favorite recipes in the fully-functioning, open-plan kitchen. Featuring granite countertops, wooden finishes and modern cabinetry, it has a range of stainless-steel appliances. These include a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, wineware and refrigerator.

Settle at the 4 bar stools for casual evening cocktails, while the 6-seater dining table is perfect for intimate family meals.

SeaEsta accommodates 12 guests in 4 bedrooms:

- Bedroom #1 is ideal for kids, with a Twin-bed, Twin trundle, Twin futon , TV, direct access to the communal pool, and en-suite with walk-in shower.
- Bedroom #2, located on the second floor, has a full bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and ocean views.
- On the third floor, bedroom #3 comes with a full bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and ocean views.
- Also on the third floor, bedroom #4 is bright and spacious. It has a king-size bed, Twin bed, work space, TV, and double vanity en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Guests working from home can use the study table in this room. It also opens onto a balcony with 2 lounge chairs.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- 0.2mi to beach.
- You must be 25 yrs old to rent out the property. Any breaking of the age requirement will result in immediate cancellation of their reservation and a fine up to $1000.
- The living room has an additional sofa-sleeper.
- A washer/dryer is provided for guest use.
- A 2 car-garage is available for onsite parking, passes are NOT required for this property.
- A 24-hour supply of household amenities is included with the stay to get your vacation started!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
