Sunset Shores - Oceanfront Condo Bliss

Excelente alojamiento. La vista desde el piso 21 es espectacular — incluso pudimos ver delfines desde el balcón. El lugar es lindo, cómodo y en general tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. Con algunos pequeños detalles de mejora, como renovar algunos muebles que ya están un poco gastados, sería un súper anfitrión. Aun así, 5 estrellas y totalmente recomendado

The condo was exactly as described . The view was amazing! The only negatives I have are that the rug in the master bath was soaking wet when we got there and stayed wet the entire time , we even made sure when showering the curtain was inside properly but it still managed to be soaked. The ladder for the bunk beds was broken so we didn’t even use the top bunk. The elevator waits were insane but that’s no fault of our host. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. We booked this Airbnb because it clearly stated that it was for 9 guest and we would be provided with the bracelets (which are required by the hotel)However, upon arrival only 8 were given. Front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. I reached out the customer service number they provided & they were unhelpful, would always say they would call right back & they never did. When I reached out to the host about the issue, they informed us there was a new policy that only allowed 8 guests. I understand some things may be out of their control but they didn’t offer any solution to us. We ended up having to pay extra on top of what we had already paid to get the other bracelet which was frustrating. Additionally, the towels provided were worn & old, washing machine had a bad smell when used, and some of the bedsheets were dirty upon arrival. Elevators sucked. Overall, the condo did look like the photos and it had a really nice beach view.

It was a real, nice condo, friendly people. The kids had a great time. Love the pool great memories. Thank you so much. The elevator was the main thing that took the longest time ever.

Parking garage is awful. Elevators are the worst. You wait sometimes 20 minutes to go up or down on the elevator. Elevators don’t have AC or even a fan. You will sweat in the elevator.

There was mold closet doors were broken or off the tracks and when i contacted them they gave me the run around claiming they never got ny pictures and that they did a wall theiugh and saw none of what i claimed. I had to go to airbnb directly and then all of the sudden they got mt pictures and issued a refund of half the cleaning fee

One thing we did not like or we were totally surprised by was a week before our check-in we got an email stating that we had to pay 100 at the resort for amenities. I wish this would have been disclosed or paid for at the beginning with our total . The hundred dollars were for the wristbands (( hence : if you lost the wristband or it broke or if tore off it was 100 for a new one which is RIDICULOUS!!)) the 100 was also for parking and if you want offsite parking you had to risk being towed. We were not aware that the property was under construction at time of booking , yet we were notified 24 hours before we checked in about the construction/remodeling/maintnance .From 8 AM there was a lot of banging and vibration throughout the whole building and it was very annoying. Elevators were constantly packed, which made it very hard to access the beach at at least 20 minute wait every time to go up or down. The actual property/room we stayed at was pretty clean and had a home feeling to it . We really liked the rental. What we did not like about the rental was there was not enough pots or pans or varieties to cook from . Also there were no trash bags nor soap for the dishwasher so we had to purchase them to keep the condo clean. BUT Overall we liked our stay but we may reconsider staying at shores of Panama in the future .

Well to start we had no air conditioning and had a man trying to fix it for the first couple of hours we arrived. He was able to get it fixed. We also noticed multiple roaches in the room. Also the staff that works there were very rude and made multiple comments towards us directly when trying to get our wristbands. Apparently we were not guests at this condo but a complete inconvenience. The WiFi wasn’t available and when we asked for why that is no one was able to give an answer. Overall not worth the money and we would much rather stay somewhere next time where we are treated like we are guests and appreciated for choosing the place we stay at. I will say the place is pretty. Very nice pool and clothe view of the beach is beautiful. But the staff that work here are absolutely rude and treat you like you don’t belong. Sorry for making such a negative post but it’s just how we felt.
