This home sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and additional sleeping spaces. The home’s single private bedroom has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Guests will also find a nook with twin size bunk beds and a full size sleeper sofa in the living area.
The home has an additional half-bathroom.

- One set of seasonal beach chair service (available March 1–October 31) is provided per reservation.
- Per the Summit policy, max occupancy is 4 people for this unit.
- Complimentary beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella).
- An additional $27 resort fee is due upon arrival. Guests will pay fee at the front desk to receive 1 parking pass and a maximum of 4 wristbands. Additional parking passes may be purchased upon availability.
- Please note that the hammock seen in the photos is no longer on the property.
- A 24-hour supply of household amenities is included with the stay to get your vacation started!
