This spacious home was built in 1939 and renovated with a South Seas, nautical flair over the years, with completely unique, handcrafted touches throughout. The open, ranch-style floor plan is light, airy, and incredibly inviting. The cozy living area with wood burning fireplace and LED smart TV leads into the dining area with a formal dining table and breakfast nook for seating. The kitchen is open to both dining areas with state-of-the-art appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need for cooking and entertaining.
This home sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite featuring a Captain’s quarters theme with king size bed, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and patio access.
Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- The home has an additional bathroom with walk-in shower.
- There is an additional fee of $75 per day to heat the POOL AND SPA/HOT TUB. If you would prefer for these to be heated, please let us know of this request ahead of your stay. To add this to your stay please contact us prior to arrival.
- 2 covered parking spaces are available in the garage. Additional parking spaces on the street.
- Washer and dryer in unit.

Welcome to the Belmont Beach Bungalow. We hope you enjoy your stay while you relax in this little slice of paradise located in the heart of Belmont Park. Sandy beaches and the world famous restaurants and shops of 2nd street are an easy 2 blocks away. Maximum guests: 6.
Check-in: 4 PM
Self check-in is available with a keypad. To open, enter the 4 digit code provided via e-mail and press the top “Teeho” button to open the door. To lock, press any number for 2 seconds.
Check-Out: 11 AM
Please leave the beds that were used un-made. Place all dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Take out the garbage to the back alley and place in the appropriate bins. Turn the heater to the “OFF” position. Lock all doors and exit through the front door. Press any key for 2 seconds until the lock closes.
No shoes inside the house.
Please remove shoes at the front door or the back sliding door.
Heating/ Cooling.
The thermostat can be found next to the guest bathroom off of the living room. You can adjust the heat to your preferred temperature. Please use the ceiling fans to circulate heat throughout the house. A small heater is provided for the master bedroom. Ceiling fans and windows are provided for cooling during warm months.

Parking
Parking is available in the garage and on the street. The garage remote opener will be located next to this guide in the kitchen. Street parking is also available. Street sweeping is Thursday and Friday from 10 AM - 12 PM so please check the parking signs on these days. Please be considerate to neighbors while parking on the street and be very careful pulling out of the garage.
Off Limits areas
The far right garage area behind the screens is off limits to guests as is the walkway that separates the adjacent house.
Smoking
The Bungalow is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. A $100 fee will be charged for non-compliance.
Parties and Events
Out of courtesy to neighbors, no events or parties can be held at the Bungalow. Violations of this rule and/or the agreement can lead to immediate eviction and forfeiture of booking payment.
Guests
No outside guests are allowed without prior permission.
Noise & Neighborhood
Quiet hours are to be observed between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Please be respectful to the neighbors. No loud music at any time. When backing out of the garage, please be mindful of the neighbor’s cars. Street cleaning is Thursday and Friday so please make sure you’re parked on the right side of the street.
Pool service and gardener
The pool service provider will be in the back yard from 8 AM - 9 AM Thursday morning. The Gardener will be in the front yard in the morning to afternoon on Saturday.
Laundry
Washer and dryer are located in the garage. Laundry pods are available on the shelf above the dryer. Please clean the lint trap between loads. To activate the washing machine, press the power button, adjust the settings and hold the start button for 3 seconds to begin. To activate the dryer, press the power button, adjust the settings and hold the start button for 3 seconds to begin.
Dining areas
Dining areas are provided in the dining room, breakfast nook, and on the outside table. Outdoor chairs can be found in the garage. Please don't bring food or drinks into the bedrooms.
Garbage & Recycling
Garbage is available in the kitchen to the right of the sink in a pull out drawer. There is one trash can for garbage and one for recycling. Additional trash can liners are located under the sink. Trash cans are available in the back alley. The black trash can is for garbage and the purple trash can is for recycling (glass, plastics, metal, cardboard and paper). Trash day is Tuesday morning.
Hot Tub & Swimming pool
The swimming pool and hot tub are available in the backyard. Please note that there is no fence surrounding the pool to prevent children from entering the pool. Please watch children carefully in the pool area. The pool and hot tub can be heated for the cost of $75 per day. An outdoor shower is provided in the covered walkway between the house and the garage. Pool towels (blue and white stripes) can be found in the linen closet in the hallway next to the smallest bedroom.
Fire Pit
To operate the fire pit, turn the key on the side of the pit to the right and light with the provided lighter (located in drawer to the left of the stove). Please turn off the fire when not in use.
