When you’re not spending your days at the beach or exploring the surrounding area, you will find yourself right at home amongst the soothing aquatic décor, comfortable furnishings, and neutral colors.
The cozy living room offers cushy sofa and armchair seating, with smart TV. The open floor plan offers you and your guests plenty of space to spread out, blending each room to the next to keep conversation and good times flowing. A chic dining room set offers seating for 6, next to a modern, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A drip coffee maker and all the cookware and dining ware you need is here, whether you prefer home cooked meals or dining in with takeout from one of the many delicious local restaurants.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room.
Both bedrooms include a queen-size bed and work desk with chair. The home’s guest bathroom has been beautifully updated and includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Parking: Parking is available in front of the garage and on the street. Please be considerate of your neighbors while parking on the street and be very careful pulling out of the garage.
Smoking: This home is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. A $100 fee will be charged for non-compliance.
Parties and Events: Out of courtesy to neighbors, no events or parties can be held at the Bungalow. Violations of this rule and/or the agreement can lead to immediate eviction and forfeiture of booking payment.
Guests: No outside guests are allowed without prior permission.
Noise & Neighborhood: Quiet hours are to be observed between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Please be respectful to the neighbors. No loud music at any time. When backing out of the garage, please be mindful of the neighbor’s cars. Street cleaning is Thursday and Friday so please make sure you’re parked on the right side of the street.
Fireplace: Please be aware that the Fireplace is not available for guest use.
