Parking: Parking is available in front of the garage and on the street. Please be considerate of your neighbors while parking on the street and be very careful pulling out of the garage.
Smoking: This home is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. A $100 fee will be charged for non-compliance.
Parties and Events: Out of courtesy to neighbors, no events or parties can be held at the Bungalow. Violations of this rule and/or the agreement can lead to immediate eviction and forfeiture of booking payment.
Guests: No outside guests are allowed without prior permission.
Noise & Neighborhood: Quiet hours are to be observed between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Please be respectful to the neighbors. No loud music at any time. When backing out of the garage, please be mindful of the neighborβs cars. Street cleaning is Thursday and Friday so please make sure youβre parked on the right side of the street.
Fireplace: Please be aware that the Fireplace is not available for guest use.
