Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bellflower Breeze! The location was very convenient. Easy check in and check out. Very helpful that they had a local team available in case we needed anything in person. They were very attentive and responded almost immediately the few times we had questions. This home is very spacious. Loved having the separate living room and dining room areas so we could comfortably spread out.

The house would’ve been better if I didn’t have to walk into each room and see a cobweb. Besides that, everything was perfect!

We absolutely love staying at the Long Beach house. Our family felt very comfortable and we were very happy with all the amenities that were included. Everything was easy to use comfortable and the kids toys were a great surprise.

The place was in a convenient place and it is really easy to access. A great thing about this house is it’s parking space which was big enough for a minivan. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

This Airbnb was perfect for my family’s visit back home for thanksgiving. We felt right at home and we were able to cook for thanksgiving with no issues. The space was just as described and the host was very responsive. My only constructive feedback about the property is there were a few cobb webs around the home and a couple of nature’s critters. Nothing we couldn’t handle but just something for the host to note with the cleaning staff. All in all, a fantastic stay!

This place was just right for my out of town guests for my wedding. It was comfortable and had plenty of parking. Location was close to the freeway and stores.

This was the 2nd time we stayed here. Great location, close to Vons grocery store. We absolutely always enjoy our stay here. My youngest lives in HB, so always a great place to spend family time and not far from any of the many shopping, restaurants and activities the area always has to offer. Thank you!

Our family was looking for a peaceful, spacious, and safe place to stay for a week, and this home was a great deal overall. • Neighborhood: Safe and quiet, walkable during the day. • Amenities: Had everything we needed for our stay. • Cleanliness: Could be improved—noticed a dusty smell and quite a lot of spider webs. • Bed: Very comfortable and great for rest. • Parking: Driveway parking (garage not available). • Location: About 40 minutes on average to reach main beaches or other attractions. There’s a beautiful park nearby(El dorado) Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great value, though a deeper cleaning would make it even better.

I was in town with a few other relatives (6 adults total) for a memorial service. The house was very spacious for our needs. It was a 5 minute walk from my brother’s house, so I knew the area well. This is a very safe part of town. The house was as described as were the pics. I would stay here again.

I was very impressed with this rental. Not only did it look like the photos, there were more amenities to enjoy as well. My kids had a whole selection of toys to play with and the kitchen was well appointed with seasonings and other kitchen items that aren't usually found in other units (like foil, espresso pot, tea selection, dishwasher pods, extra trash bags and paper towels). It was also super easy to plan for a day at the beach as beach towels were provided as well as beach toys and chairs. Two families were able to stay in this home and still have space to roam. The kiddos LOVED the projector so much that we're thinking about getting a similar setup for our home. The picture is clear even during the daytime and makes the living area so comfortable and entertaining. During a time when it was really hot in SoCal, the AC unit kept the home nice and cool and the high ceilings allowed for nice air circulation. The front door lock is a bit tricky so we just used the side door.

I was greeted by a text message from Adrian/Michael. They asked if I needed anything, not to hesitate. So I did, mentioned the Iron was dirty, needed a new dish sponge & the air filter was extremely dirty. The response I received was " seems like I'm not happy with the accommodations, they would refund my money & I could find a hotel" at 10pm. I told them nevermind, I no longer needed anything. I was only reaching out because they offered: "anything you need". My family, my 76yr old father and 96yr old grandma continued our stay. We were in LB for a family reunion, not what I expected. The house was spacious, but musty, TP & paper towels were the thinnest 1ply ever seen. All cleaning products under the sinks had bottles, but we're all empty. The trash outside was completely full upon arrival. Seemed like no one had stayed at this home in awhile. After I said I no longer wanted to text, & only use the AIRBNB app, the tone changed. They brought the sponge, steamer at midnight.

The offer to refund you your money and to deliver an new iron, and sponge immediately was a genuine attempt to provide top quality customer service. We would never want a guest to be unhappy staying with us. As for the trash, we are very sorry about that - for some reason the city did not pick up the cans on Wednesday before you arrived. We always strive for 5-star experiences and clearly feel short this time.

The overall stay was great. The house was comfortable and I would recommend. The only negative wa is that all the trash bins were completely full to the top with no room for additional trash that was accumulated during our stay. Not a deal breaker though!

Very nice and clean home. I would definitely stay there again. Plenty of towels and paper products. Just one suggestion....it would have been nice to have a couple coffee pods to start out the first day before we went grocery shopping. We enjoyed watching the baseball game on the projection TV. It was fairly easy to use.

A group of friends and I did a writing retreat here. We wanted some quiet, our own rooms, and enough spaces to spread out or come together as needed. This house was great for that. I wish we had found a place like this for this price closer to the beach, which is why I gave the location 4 stars. But overall the neighborhood was very nice, so it's really not a complaint. It's just a note about what could've been better.

Hubby’s Birthday Celebration weekend. Both adult daughter live in HB & SD area and they wanted to spend it with their Dad. He likes to relax and the beautiful home was just perfect. The kitchen was nice and big, daughters cooked a nice home cooked meal for their dad along w/ their significant others. Great dining area to have many games to play. All 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family. It did take a minute to figure out the Home Projector but once hubby did, all worked perfectly. Wish we had more time to enjoy the nice big backyard. My hubby says it was his favorite Vacation Rental I’ve booked so far. So would love to consider staying here again if the future when visiting w/ my girls again. Thank you ever so much!

This house was exactly what we were looking for. Spacious, well stocked and in a great location to shops and freeway access. Check in was easy which was very nice. Washer and dryer was also a huge bonus. All of the rooms are good sized and the kitchen and dining table are great for cooking and eating with family. Cannot recommend this enough. This will be our go to spot whenever we are in the area. Thanks again for the generous hospitality.

We were a little disappointed in our stay. The communication between Grand Welcome was frustrating.We received three different stories about the check-in process. It took several attempts to get a clear story. We would not stay at another property that used Grand Welcome.A welcome book that provided information about the property would have been very helpful. We needed to make a call about the projector instructions. A tv would have been better.Also, the garage door was locked so we had no access to the laundry. Very few towels were provided for five people.In addition, the Keurig coffee machine was time consuming for five people. We ended up buying a 10 cup coffee maker which was more efficient for us especially in the morning.We have stayed at three VRBO’s in the Long Beach area. Unfortunately, we probably wouldn’t stay at this property.

My family had a wonderful week-long stay at Bellflower Breeze! The house is very spacious. Each of the three bedrooms has a comfortable bed and big closet with hangers and dividers for organizing clothes and items, which made unpacking a breeze. The bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with a lot of what we needed for the week. The location is great—an easy drive to lots of fun spots in and around Long Beach. We especially loved the backyard for soaking up the sun during the day and sitting by the fireplace during chilly nights. The projector setup in the living room was so enjoyable for cozy TV and movie nights. A great home base for a family getaway!
