The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Garage parking available for 2 vehicles with overflow on the street as needed. Street sweeping occurs on Thursday and Fridays during which parking will not be available.
• This home is equipped with five exterior security cameras: one facing the alley, one facing the front street, another on the second floor facing the street, and one on each side facing the perimeter.
