The house is inviting, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed getting together with family - inside, outside, making food and eating together - just like home. There's ample space for several families to be together and retreat to private spaces. The other difference from home is the locale - being sandwiched between a short walk to the ocean beach and a short walk to the surf town village of restaurants and shops on 2nd street. We've experienced more than a dozen Belmont Shore rentals to connect with nearby family. This shoots to the top of that list.

this is wonderful house close to great restaurants, shops and the beach. it was perfect for our family reunion. the 2-car garage is a great amenity. very walkable neighborhood!

Let me just start off by saying … The place was absolutely amazing; looked exactly like the pictures. Instructions were clear. I loved the labeling . The neighborhood was spectacular; surprisingly close to a lot of restaurants and places and the neighbors were very friendly; I felt at home. If I had anything to complain about… it would be the CLEANING CREW {emphasis on cleaning crew}; some inoperable kitchen appliances; upstairs door and sink There was dust coming out of the vents… there were spider webs hanging from the light fixtures and trash under the bed in the master bedroom. Dirty pans were found in the oven. The utensil holder was filthy. And finally the blankets that were in the basket in the living room were not clean; had a very dirty smell. The oven door had to be physically held closed for the food to cook; the toaster only worked on one side. There was a slow drain in the master bathroom sink on the left side and the other bathroom door didn’t lock.

Beauty by the beach, what a wonderful home from home. Very well equipped with everything one would need for cooking etc. Also very clean. Great location near the beach and only a short distance from second street where you find many restaurants and shops. Two observations I would make, you have to enter and exit through the garage at the back. Also the bed in the master bedroom is very high. Loved the bed linen though. Communication was very good. Got alot of helpful tips on supermarkets and restaurants before we left home so felt well equipped. All in all I would definitely recommend this beautiful house in Long beach. Many thanks.

Our stay was great! The listing was as described in the photos and communication with hosts was excellent. We did encounter a couple of issues during our stay but the host was very quick to respond and try to take care as best he could. We would definitely consider another stay in the future

Grand Welcome Long Beach was such a great stay! Easy instructions to get in and out of the home. Felt very clean. Way cleaner than any other hotel we’ve stayed at. Hosts were always responsive. There was a small issue with the TV connecting to wifi and they quickly responded helping me troubleshoot and resolve the issue. They even checked up on us throughout the weekend making sure that the thermostat was working properly. Neighborhood felt safe and having key codes to get in and out of the house made us not only feel very safe but also just convenient to not have to worry about a key. Highly recommend!

Great day my family I and I really enjoyed it. Love how close it was to the beach. It looked like the pictures. The garage is able to fit my F150 truck and there was still space to fit a sedan which is great there was parking on the streets, quiet neighborhood views from the top or amazingsuper clean. Extra towels were awesome layout of the house is pretty awesome too. I love that has three bathrooms really accommodating my family really well would recommend a stay again.

Great location - close to the beach and places to eat. Extremely quiet area. Parking on the street is awful. This place has parking!!!! All bedrooms are upstairs. The bedrooms have dressers!!! Common areas are large. I found the way into and out of the home was awkward, as you needed to unlock and open the garage door AND unlock the door from the garage to the kitchen. There was not a way to enter from the front - without a physical key - which was not provided. Once we figured that out, it was all good....

The house location was ideal, allowing us to easily walk to 2nd Street, where we enjoyed grabbing coffee, trying out restaurants, and exploring the local shops. The house was particularly well-suited for our family, as it provided thoughtful amenities like kids’ eating utensils and plates, which were greatly appreciated for our daughter. Overall, the combination of a great location and family-friendly amenities made our stay truly enjoyable.

3 stars. We rented this home before there was a single review. Belmont Shore location is 5 stars. It's walkable to 2nd Ave and beach. The home is large enough to comfortably fit 6 people. The instructions were clear and check in was easy. During our stay it became very clear this is a 3rd party mgmt company vs. the owner handling. They skimped on cheap toilet paper, paper towels disintegrated, no Kleenex. They force you to go in/out the garage instead of the front door (no lockbox). Garage: there is no opener so you have to get out every time. The alley garage didn't feel safe at night. The primary bed is dangerously high for the average height person. 2nd king bed was cinder-block hard, mattress stains. The home needs a DEEP clean, stained rugs, mold in window ledges. Appliances are dirty, dated, and not operational (ice/water in-door). Electric outlets were loose and some didn't work at all. The furniture was really worn and lumpy. Internet was spotty. Needs upkeep for 5 star

This was a great home base for our family get together. Well equipped, lots of space, walkable to restaurants and beach and nicely furnished. It was great to have the garage, but a little tight when maneuvering an SUV (definitely doable though). Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a nice family stay over Thanksgiving. It was well equipped in the kitchen with everything we needed to make a few side dishes. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and there were plenty of linens. We are familiar with and enjoy the Belmont shore area with lots of shopping and dining options.

Mainly due to our personal preferences but this listing can be great for others. It is super close to the beach you can’t beat it and the house it self is spectacular the neighbors can get noisy but don’t hesitate to reach out to the host as they were proactive in helping us deal with that.

The home was so Beautiful. It was very clean and just a very cozy home. Lots of amenities were provided. It was close to Restaurants and shops. The highlight was it was 1 block from the beach. We had a Fabulous time!!! We would live yo stay there again.

My friends and I absolutely loved it here. It was even more beautiful in person and very spacious. All of the drawers in the kitchen and every light switch was labeled and this was extremely helpful. I would love to stay here again. The area was nice and close to so many things. You won’t regret booking here.

Place is as advertised. Worked great for our multi-generational family. Garage is smaller than we hoped, half is too short for a typical sedan. We got lucky and there was always street parking.

Our family group had an amazing stay near the ocean in this adorable beach house! We would love to return and were able to attend a gathering at the Long Beach Convention Center during the height of the LA fires. The hosts were super helpful and accomodating. The house was large enough for our mixed family and age group. Loved that the kitchen was so well labeled and it was a lovely place to cook and have dinner. The beds were all comfortable and the rooftop was just wonderful! Your attention to detail was so appreciated by our group!

We absolutely loved this unit. It is close to the beach and restaurants. We only stayed for a few days and it was perfect. The area is safe and people are nice. Check in was easy and we had no issues. We will definitely book again when staying in Long Beach.
