The cabin was okay overall, but the photos make it seem much nicer than it actually is. For the price, I expected more. The road leading to the cabin was in really rough shape—almost washed out with deep grooves—which made getting there difficult. That definitely needs attention. The outdoor trash can wasn’t animal-proof, and we had bears come every night, tearing the trash apart and scattering it everywhere. Inside, the beds were comfortable and the amenities were nice, which we appreciated. However, there were quite a few cockroaches in the house, which made the stay uncomfortable. With some maintenance and pest control, this place could be much better, but as it stands, it’s not worth the price.

House was great, driveway is basically unusable but we were fortunate enough to have neighbors that let us park our cars on their property.

First time to pegion forge, so can’t say if it was worth what I paid for. The management could have done better with cleaning and overall building maintenance.

We had a great stay with minor issues we arrived and the floors were a little dirty, trim was falling off in spots, trash was scattered in woods near property from bears, linens were stained. Besides the minor issues it was like the photos host was very attentive and quick to respond. Would stay again but will be looking for a different rental our next trip for better views

We had a group of 8 friends stay at this cabin for 6 nights and had a great time! We loved spending time in the game room. We did have an issue with the showers not working if one shower was running on the first night, but the host responded quickly (even though it was around 11 pm), and they were fixed the next day. Highly appreciated the issue being resolved quickly!!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in Pigeon Forge! The location was absolutely amazing—peaceful, scenic, and just the right distance from everything we wanted to do in town. The view from the cabin was stunning and truly made the stay special. The house itself was beautiful and clean, with a cozy layout that worked well for our group. However, there were a few things that could use attention. The driveway was steep and a bit treacherous at first, especially if you’re not used to mountain driving. It would be helpful if that was more clearly noted in the listing so guests can plan accordingly. We also had some issues with hot water and water pressure being inconsistent during our stay. Nothing that ruined the trip, but it was noticeable. Lastly, while the house was clean and welcoming, the general maintenance could be improved—just small things that added up, like a patio door that didn’t lock. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

The location was great – right down the road from The Island in Pigeon Forge. The house was beautiful and tucked away in the woods (it took us a little while trying to find it at first. Our only complaints were that the water didn’t stay hot for long on the second and third floors. After a few days, we learned that if you get a shower on the first floor first and then move to the others it works pretty well. Also, the floors are very thin and you can hear every step of the person above you so if you’re not into that sort of thing, maybe this isn’t the right house for you.

We had so much on our trip. The cabin was in a peaceful location but still close to everything to do! The hosts were very helpful and gave clear instructions and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The cabin had a well stocked kitchen and essentials for our baby like a pack n play high chair and baby gate. A bathroom on every floor and plenty of space for everyone in our group. We would recommend this place to everyone!

Pros: The house is located about 5 minutes from the parkway, which was very convenient. Really lovely mountain view from the deck. The beds were very clean and comfortable to sleep on. We used the bunk beds and the large beds. Bathrooms were clean and they provided some complimentary small soaps, shampoo, etc. Heat and a/c worked well. The kids loved the slide off the deck and used it a lot. They also loved the game room downstairs with over a thousand arcade games on the arcade machine. The pool table was fun but a bit tricky against the walls and post to shoot.Cons: there was a bit of a funky misty smell to the place, but everything seemed clean. It could use maintenance in many places. The kitchen is pretty dated and there was only a tiny oven pan, but several pots and pans. All dishes are not microwave safe which was tough. The ice maker did not work and I he fridge is missing the bottom drawer. There was a kcup machine, but only single cups and no standard coffee maker. We did see several bugs in the basement, but millipedes and ants not infested or anything. The sun coming in on the back deck in late afternoon is blinding inside. The biggest issue we had was the driveway - it is long and gravel and drops off on the sides and needs to be filled in a lot of divets and ruts. It would be tricky in a car or van and treacherous if it rained heavily or any ice. The hot water burned my MIL and the temp fluxes badly and is hard to regulate with very little water pressure.

First impression wasn’t the best. We arrived around 4:15 and the place wasn’t clean. We had to wait for the clean up crew to arrive. They did a great job cleaning but it took about 45 minutes out of our rental time to finish. We had issues with the hot water the entire time we were there. Do not advise stay for those over 60, as the stairs upstairs and downstairs are extremely steep. We had a major issue when the entire basement was flooded due to an issue with the toilet over flowing. The toilet constantly ran and over flowed. We didn’t recognize it until it was running under the stair cause and into the living area of the basement. The basement didn’t have heat. So it was very cool. We called management but I don’t think they understood the severity of the over flow since they only sent a few towels to clean up over flow. Luckily we found a sump pump in the basement and began pumping water out. It took about 2 hours of our vacation time to clean up the mess. In all we lost about 4/5 hours of vacation time trying to wait for property to be cleaned, figure out heating issue and fixing plumbing issue in basement. Definitely would not recommend for older people due to steep stairs.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that once our cleaning team arrived, they did a great job getting everything in order — and we’re happy you were still able to enjoy time in the home overall. We sincerely apologize for the delays and maintenance concerns you encountered. Since your stay, the plumbing issue in the basement has been fully repaired and the hot water system has been serviced. We’ve also reinforced our inspection procedures to make sure the property is completely ready well before check-in time. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it allows us to continue improving both the home and our guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us — we’d love the chance to host you again under smoother circumstances.

We had a little trouble getting in, but it was quickly resolved. House was good needs a little updating, creaky floors, stairs needs new handrails (my grandson 7 years old fell down the basement stairs. Its just piece of wood nailed to the wall you can't get your hand around it.
