Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen-size bed, smart TV, dedicated workspace, and en suite with full bath.
The home also includes an additional half guest bathroom.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Garage and driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon entering the community. Two vehicles can be parked in the garage and one in the driveway. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass, with a maximum of 3 vehicles allowed.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located at the front entrance and actively monitoring the front door.
• Pet friendly! Maximum of 1 small dog, prior approval required. An additional Pet Fee of $35 per day will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.
• Additional kitchen amenities: Crock pot/slow cooker, Smoothie maker, and Waffle maker & mixers.
