Waterfront Pool House with Heated Pool!

We love this house, this is the 2nd time we have rented it. The house is always well stocked and cozy.

Overall great. Had a few hiccups with the pool gate breaking but the host was very responsive. It would be a bit tight for 8 adults to hang out in —we went during the coldest week so had to hang out in the living room—the couches fit about 4-5 adults. We had 4 adults and two kids. The bedrooms are great with enough room in each. Pool was great, dock was nice.

We had an amazing stay, and spent a lot of time at the Airbnb due to how comfortable, convenient and fun it was! Our kids loved the pool, and my husband loved fishing off of the dock. It was a beautiful area and we felt very safe, which is really important to us. Any questions or concerns that came up, I was able to message Lucie and her company and get a response very quickly. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay and the home was so accommodating. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the pool table. Having the four bedrooms and two bathrooms were nice. We will be renting again.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Everything you need in one place. Loved all the amenities. Pool, Hot tub, dock, games, etc. Great location. Very central to Tampa, Orlando, Brandon, Riverview, Venice and beaches like Clearwater, Siesta Key and Venice Beach. The neighborhood was very friendly, and we felt very welcome despite the no airbnb signs. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants, and easy access to the airport. It is a perfect place to bring a family too. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and welcoming. We felt right at home! We hope to go back!

The place was amazing! Not only was it accurate to its pictures, it had a good vibe to it and we felt almost as if we were at home. The house was clean and the rooms were tidy. The pool was also not that deep which is perfect for children. We really enjoyed our stay!

This waterfront home was exactly what we needed for our holiday weekend. The ability to fish right from the dock and spend hours in the pool made for the perfect family vacation. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool and waterfront location were the real stars of the trip. It was the ultimate spot for our adult family getaway, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other's company. Would absolutely recommend and definitely want to come back!

Grand welcome Tampa was a beautiful home. it was super clean and very relaxing. our only complaint was there was an issue with the pool, however it was fixed before we left. We would love to come back and bring our children the next time so they can enjoy the pool and the dock. Great relaxing stay

My family chose this beautiful home to stay at while visiting Florida. The home was beautiful and matched the pictures to the tee. This home had so many things provided for us to use and all of it came in handy. It had cleaning supplies, many kitchen utensils, and even had some food supplies already in fridge for use. When I needed to reach out to host they were very prompt as well as responsive. The notes stated that a pool technician comes out on Tuesdays to service pool but popped up on a Wednesday for us which was a little surprise. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The house was open and spacious. We were a party of 8 and never felt like we were on top of each other. Everything was very clean. The pool, outdoor space and the pool room were enjoyed greatly. I would definitely rent this space again when in the area. There were only two things that could use some improvement. The descriptor indicated the dock was part of our rental and then I was notified that the dock was rented to another party during our stay. We never saw anyone using it though, so did not present an issue. And secondly, communication with the host was answered very promptly but not so accurately. The host did not seem as familiar with this property and it's amenities as she could have been. Neither presented a big problem however. Great visit to the sunshine state and the lovely pool house. Thank you.

After reviewing our notes, the only inquiry we received during your stay was regarding the pool/spa, which we responded to. It’s unclear where the impression came from that we weren’t familiar with the property’s amenities, but we’re always open to hearing more so we can continue to improve the experience for future guests. As for the dock, it is occasionally rented out, and we include a note about that in the pre-arrival information purely as a precaution—there’s typically very minimal activity, even when it is in use. We’re glad to hear it didn’t affect your stay. Thanks again for choosing our home.

This short term rental location was great. Our group included a senior citizen couple, a couple in their forties and their 18 year old son. We vacationed in the Tampa area to attend MLB Spring Training games. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would stay at this location in the future. We did have a couple concerns during our stay. The first concern involved the pool / spa. Upon our arrival the pool and spa were not running and needed cleaning. Also, the remote which activates the spa was not working, however the batteries were fine. We contacted the property manager and they were responsive. The pool was cleaned two days later, however we could not use the spa during our stay. Pros: Great location in quiet neighborhood,very clean, outside living enclosed in lanai, grill and blackstone(need cleaning), well stocked with utensils, supermarket and other stores 5 minute drive. Cons: Non-functioning spa remote, limited restaurants in immediate area, lanai door always slightly open(pool)

Coming from a snowy Northeast Winter, we especially enjoyed the heated pool/spa and private dock. We enjoyed an in-shore charter fishing trip with Poseidon Charters (15 min away in Ruskin), which was great fun - but that was not enough fishing for our kids. Using rods packed from home and (live shrimp purchased from the nearby Apollo bait shop), they caught a variety of Ladyfish, Hard-headed Catfish, Stingray, Spotted Trout, and some other species. We also made a couple day-trips across the bay to St Petersburg for a Mural E-Bike Tour (bayebikesdotcom) & Sharkey's night-time kayak tour (glassbottomtoursdotcom), both about a 50min scenic drive. Near the house, we enjoyed lunches at Apollo Bistro (an inexpensive, nearly-hidden restaurant) and Circles restaurant (a larger operation, with a larger menu). We couldn't help but notice many neighboring homes have 'NO Airbnb/NO short-term rent' lawn signs posted, but we're not surprised the locals want to keep this paradise all to themselves.

If looking to rent a house along the canal in the Apollo Beach area this property is perfect. Owner friendly and responsive and house very clean. Solid five stars.

Great place and location! Well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the heated pool and the dock for fishing. Would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area. Peaceful and quiet, but close to shopping options for groceries and anything else you may need.

Pool needs updating a bit feet get very dirty walking on the blocks - there was also a couple of cigarette butts around the pool and we found a strawberry and a few other items on the bottom of the pool - One of the sunbeds was quite well worn and maybe should of been thrown away -The house was lovely and comfortable and very clean -We didn’t like seeing lots of anti VRBo signs in peoples properties it made us feel a little uncomfortable-We was lucky to see dolphins swim past - Apollo Beach is lovely area close to Tampa Orlando and St Pete’s
