Bedroom #3 includes 2 full beds and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.
Bedroom #4 includes a full-over-full bunk bed.
Bedroom #5 includes a full-over-full bunk bed.
The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Parking available for up to 7 vehicles – 5 in the driveway and 2 on the street as needed.
• Pool is not heated.
Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings without exception—please consider travel insurance. Changes to reservations incur a $75 fee. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to approval and extra charges.

• Onsite parties and event gatherings are strictly prohibited!
• The number of people must not exceed max occupancy at any time!
• Absolutely no smoking, vaping, marijuana is allowed inside the property!
• The house is in residential neighborhood and quiet hours must be observed, please be respectful towards the neighbors.
Breaking our rules and any signs of disrespect for the property will result in termination of your stay. You'll be ask to leave immediately with no refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
