Tucked away in a quiet cove located near the 18 Mile Marker of the main channel, you’ll enjoy the peace and tranquility of the water while being close to all the main attractions on the lake such as Backwater Jacks, The Encore Lakeside Grill and Sky Bar, and Dog Days Bar and Grill, and Lake of the Ozarks State Park You can find wonderful boutique shopping in Sunrise Beach and exciting activities such as bowling and axe throwing down the road in Laurie, with a variety of restaurants in all directions serving up delicious local fare. The bridge transporting you to Osage Beach is within easy reach, and in no time at all you can be at the Osage Beach & Bagnall Dam Strip where you can stop at scenic overlooks for panoramic views of this stunning area.
Indoors, soaring vaulted ceilings sit atop open spaces illuminated in natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows and offering sweeping views of your forested surroundings. At the end of long days on your feet, sink into plush living room sofa seating while you queue up a new movie or your favorite shows on the smart TV. Steps away, the modern kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Four stools at the counter as well as a high-top table for 2 can seat the whole crew for formal meals and more casual bites alike.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #2 with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #1 with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 5 vehicles, 4 if bringing a boat trailer. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
- This property does come with a boat slip. To access the dock you will walk down the street to the cul-de-sac. Please note that the dock is use at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to a boat or PWC while on the dock.
- The dock is a shared space with the neighbor. While on the dock please respect the property of others by not sitting on or messing with their boats/jet skis, dock lockers, etc.
- Please be aware, the boat slip no longer has a boat lift available for guest use.
• Wood burning stove not for guest use.
PET POLICIES - We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in this vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 dogs, 30 lbs. or less allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $25 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Size and Weight Restrictions: Dogs above 30 pounds must be approved prior to booking. We reserve the right to deny accommodation if the pet's size or weight poses a risk to property or other guests.
• Behavioral Guidelines: Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.
• Cleaning Responsibility: To avoid fines, pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
• Furniture and Bedding: Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
• Local Regulations and Leash Laws: Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
• Violation of Policy: Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
