Masterpiece was designed to maximize both indoor and outdoor Southern California living. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms the vacation home is spacious enough to accommodate up to 8 guests. Family friends and your furry four-legged friend (max 1 pet) will reside comfortably inside and love the prime location in Corona del Mar. The beach restaurants shopping and golf course are all a few short blocks away.

Description

This luxury Corona del Mar retreat blends coastal elegance with indoor-outdoor living just minutes from the beach. Enjoy French Oak floors, La Cantina bi-fold doors, designer stone finishes, and a spacious rooftop deck with Pacific Ocean sunset views.

The open-concept living area features a plush sectional, fireplace, Smart TV, chef’s kitchen with Viking appliances, Calcutta marble counters, and dining for six. Open the patio doors to enjoy the ocean breeze from the private front patio.

The home offers 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, including two King suites with private bathrooms and balconies, plus two Queen guest rooms with en-suite baths. Additional amenities include A/C, WiFi, DirecTV, and in-home laundry.

Relax on the rooftop deck during golden hour or unwind after a beach day in one of Corona del Mar’s premier luxury homes.

There is a 7-day minimum rental requirement.
The front patio firepit is currently inoperative.

Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Please note that this home can accommodate up to Dog, with an additional Pet Fee of $250. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.
Do not move or rearrange the furniture.

Such a great house! My family and I felt right at home. It was an easy walk to Big CDM Beach, the local community center (with a park for smaller children) and local grocery store. The instructions were easy to follow getting in and out. We appreciated all the beach stuff!

The location was perfect for our needs because we were driving to Laguna Beach everyday. Grocery shopping, pharmacy, and restaurants were easy to access. The bedrooms and en suites are beautiful; the kitchen is nicely appointed. While the sectional sofa in the living room is plenty large, it could use an update for comfort and perhaps an alternative chair. All three of us had consistent challenges with the wifi. I received some "canned" responses about problem solving but nothing helped and no effort was made to follow up with us - we all eventually gave up. Had the wifi been working, this would have been 98% perfect. It felt pretty obvious it was handled by a management company but they were responsive to our requests.

Everything was great. Plenty of kitchen items. The beds were great. Internet worked well. Great home for walking. One small thing. Putting out the garbage was confusing. Not sure because it was a holiday week that maybe it was picked up on a different day.

We enjoyed our third Thanksgiving in this home. As always, it was perfect in every way. The location is an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The home is very clean and comfortable with the most amazing ocean view sunsets from the rooftop. Our host was super responsive when the internet went out. He set up a new modem and router within a few hours. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

This home was amazing!! My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Everything you need is at the house. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away and there’s so many shops and restaurants that you can walk to. The house was beautiful with plenty of space for a big family!

Lovely place in a beautiful location! The host was responsive to our needs & shoutout to Phil who came out when we needed some assistance with the fire pit. Well stocked kitchen, great bedrooms & baths & a comfy living/dining area. A couple things in this beautiful home need updating/fixing (for one, the outdoor furniture cushions were in bad shape, including the rooftop ones), but I believe they are being addressed. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay in one of our favorite areas!
