Gorgeous property right on the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants. Condo was clean, as described, kitchen well stocked, bedrooms were comfortable and had nice beds. Plenty of towels, games, puzzles and extra blankets. The only issue would be that the shades facing the ocean did not provide much shade against the sun when it was intense and the beach umbrella was really just a large umbrella so we had to go buy one. Would be nice to include a couple beach chairs on property for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely lovely. There is nothing like waking up to the sound of the ocean and having coffee on the balcony. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you could need. The location is fabulous. We barely used our rental car because everything is walkable. We will definitely be back.

It was beautiful, waking up on the beach every morning and watching the sunset every evening the host was amazing every time I contacted her. She was very responsive. We were gladly stay at this property again.

We have stayed in multiple units in this complex annually for years. This property is the best layout and best finished one that’s available to rent! Well worth the price. Very well furnished and has everything you could possibly need for the beach and your stay for any length of time. Additionally we had rented this unit under previous management, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful Fay and the team at Grand Welcome of Carlsbad & Oceanside Vacation Rental Management are! They made us feel like family!

Great place to stay to see and hear the ocean and enjoy Carlsbad. House was clean and worked well for our group. Would come again. Property manager was very easy to work with and tried to accommodate us in any way possible. Very enjoyable.

We’ve stayed in Carlsbad many times but never in town and on the beach. When we found this property we had to give it a try. This was our best trip ever. The balcony overlooking the beach and easy beach access made our vacation. Peaceful, relaxing and fun for our entire family. We didn’t want to leave! The management company was super helpful too! We’ll be back for sure

Our stay in Carlsbad was perfect. The condo was modern, clean and super comfortable for a family of five with teenage/adult kids. The condo was well stocked with everything you could think of: bed and bath linens, beach towels, paper goods, glassware, plates, pots and pans, and beach equipment, etc. We appreciated this since we were visiting from the East Coast! I also have to note that the beds were firm and very comfortable. We had the beautiful Pacific Ocean as our back drop and loved listening to the waves and watching the surfers off the balcony. The location couldn't have been better. Just steps to the beach allowed for everyone to come and go as they please. And we could easily walk to all the restaurants and stores in town. Carlsbad itself is a charming "village by the sea" with so many great places to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was very lively and friendly as well. We will definitely consider staying in Carlsbad and this condo again if we return to the area. The nightly rate was on the high side but it's a premium location. Also, the management company was very timely and helpful in their communication. We loved our stay!

What an amazing location for an adult getaway with dear friends. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The view is amazing and the layout fit the five of us perfectly. Although we didn’t use much of the kitchen appliances, it truly had everything you’d ever need. So clean and organized. If you get the chance to stay here, do it!!

The property was beautiful, as advertised, with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Having a designated parking place is a huge benefit. The location is walkable to everything! The managers were great to work with and highly responsive to a couple of small issues. Our entire family enjoyed our stay.
