The house worked out well for my family for Thanksgiving. The house is nicely furnished with plenty of space for everyone. And the kitchen was sufficiently supplied for meals. We also liked the area, especially walking around the golf course. The only area for improvement that we noted was the carpet on the stairs and in the upstairs area -- it needs to be stretched or replaced.

The team was very friendly and if there was anything we needed they responded in a timely manner. The vents and baseboards were pretty dusty but other than that the place was clean.

This home was beautiful, perfectly located close to the airport & close to the venue which we traveled to Arizona for business. Communication was prompt with property management, the rental was large, space was clean & we enjoyed our stay overall. I do believe the water heater pilot needs to be turned up a notch since the hot water would run luke warm after about 7-8 minutes. Other than that no complaints. The home was well-stocked for light cooking & the weather was perfect.

We enjoyed the home and the area. It was a great time of year to go to Mesa. The only challenge we faced was they were out of propane to heat the pool and hot tub so my kids were disappointed. They were good about working with us on that.

Pool and hot tub were cold and no instructions. Shower was soo hot you could not stand taking a shower, unable to regulate the temperature. Kitchen floor was very dirty had to sweep and clean upon moving in. Refrigerator was also very dirty had to clean before adding groceries. Towel situation was challenging no wash cloths and towels were needing to be updated old and used. Screen doors were not able to slide closed and had holes in them allowing insects to get in. Big tube hanging down in garage making it difficult to use door going into the house.

This was a lovely, clean home, though not very well equipped. When we arrived, there were very few towels, and no pool towels at the home. Grand Mesa rectified the situation by providing towels later that day. Bed linens were rather cheap and very thin. While we personally didn't need to use the kitchen, the kitchen had very few amenities (pots and pans, kitchen ware). No house instructions were left at the premises, so needed to contact Grand Mesa to figure out how to work the hot tub - which was a rather lengthy list of steps for a rental home (we didn't end up using it!) The downstairs shower did not work properly as it had no hot water. All in all, the house met our needs for our visit, which were extra beds and bathrooms and a quiet house to work.

Hi Stacy, Thank you for your review. Based on your feedback, we wanted to let you know that we have resolved the issue with the downstairs shower, simplified the pool and spa heating instructions, and included them in a new and improved house book. We have also enhanced the kitchen amenities and added many more towels for future stays. Thanks again for your feedback. We continually strive to improve our guest experience and hope we can host you and your family in the future. Grand Welcome, East Valley of the Sun

We were underwhelmed with this home. The listing looked fine; size and number of bedrooms met our needs. However, after arrival we noticed several areas of dirt, dust and disrepair. There were cobwebs on decor, food crumbs under the dining table and lots of debris on the floor around one of the toilets. We spent the first hour after our arrival cleaning the unit before we could unpack.A few knobs on kitchen cabinets were missing or loose; the kitchen cookware was haphazardly placed in various cabinets making it a "where can I find the ---?" a daily occurrence. There was only ONE kitchen towel which meant we had to stock up on paper towels. The clothes dryer kept stopping, overheating. When reporting that to the manager, the response given was, "that happens sometimes just wait." NOT the answer a renter should hear when spending 340/night.A leaky toilet was reported, they said they'd stop by the next day and to put a towel around the toilet. No one ever came by and we checked out 3 days later. The pool heater was difficult to operate needed the manager come over after trying directions over the phone. The spa jets were so forceful that the water shot a foot in the air and was not used. The outdoor area had a bags game but per the photo included was completely unusable along with a patio umbrella that was dirty and had no base. There was constant plane traffic starting at 6 AM-ALL DAY from nearby Falcon Field. We got by but expected better.

Says heated pool, you need to agree and pay more for that to be turned on.

The Grand Welcome team was great to work with! They were responsive to a toilet issue we had (wouldn't stop running) and communicated a problem they found doing their quality check to be addressed the next day. They were easy to work with and were able to accommodate a special request. Would definitely stay here again!

House size and arrangement was good and located in a nice neighborhood. However, the furnishings were very tired or lacking. Carpeting upstairs is worn and buckling in several places. Amenities, such as, sheets, towels, pots and pans have seen better days. Outdoor area was underwhelming and small. The patio consisted of a small plastic picnic table and a couple folding chairs. We were hoping to use the jacuzzi but we’re not able to start the heating process even after carefully following the instructions. Called customer service who informed us a local team would contact us but we never heard from anyone. Will not stay here again.

Received the information in plenty of time to get into the house. The description of the pool/spa being heated was lost in the fine details that it was the little pool not the big one. The LP also made the backyard smell and the everyone had to go back in the house. The odor was really bad. Shut the heater off.House was a good size for 6 adults and 4 kids. Each family had their own designated bathroom plus a powder room too. The house has been used and the carpet upstairs should be replaced. Since the house can have so many people stay there, there should be a griddle in order to cook for that amount of people. It was very hard to get food done in a timely manner, because you to clean certain pans in order to cook for everyone at once. The location of the house was good.
