Located in the highly sought‑after Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Seashell Shuffle at Pilot House offers easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment. While technically a third‑floor studio, it opens directly to ground level on the pool side for convenient access. From there, stairs lead straight to Baytowne Wharf, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, events, and nightlife.

Pilot House offers a convenient amenities terrace with a pool, hot tub, courtyard, outdoor grills, and fitness room, giving guests everything they need to relax and recharge while enjoying the Sandestin resort lifestyle.

Studio Living Space:
This inviting condo offers a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring the resort and nearby attractions. Unwind on the king‑size bed or queen‑size sleeper sofa, stay cool with the ceiling fan, enjoy a movie or your favorite shows on the Smart TV with cable, and make use of the lift‑top coffee table—perfect for dining, working, or relaxing in comfort. A café‑style dining area with seating for two provides a cozy spot for meals. A sliding glass door leads to a private patio with two chairs and an end table, opening to the resort’s terrace area with beautiful garden views and easy access to the pool.

For added convenience, the unit also includes a closet with hangers, a luggage rack, and an iron and ironing board to help you settle in comfortably during your stay.

Bathroom:
The condo features a full bathroom with a single vanity offering cabinet storage and a shower/deep soaking tub combo, perfect for unwinding after a day out. For your convenience, fresh towels are provided, along with a hair dryer, making it easy to settle in and feel at home during your stay.

Kitchen:
The kitchenette includes a sink with garbage disposal, a mini fridge with a small freezer section, cabinetry for snacks, a microwave, hot plate, and pot, making it easy to prepare simple meals. It’s also stocked with plates, bowls, beverage glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, silverware, a toaster, and a single‑serve pod coffee maker for added convenience. An ice bucket is provided, allowing guests to easily grab ice from the resort’s ice machine during their stay.

Laundry Information:
While there is no washer and dryer inside the unit, guests have access to a convenient on‑site, coin‑operated laundry facility within the complex.

Things to Note
• Garage parking available for 1 vehicle. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon entry into the community.
• Please note, this is a private condominium, not a hotel. While we don't offer daily housekeeping or a front desk, we are always here to help when situations arise. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
• Sandestin Tram Access: this condo does not include access to the Sandestin tram, and tram service is not available for purchase separately.
• Beach Access & Beach Parking: This condo is located on the north side of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, while the beach access is on the south side of the resort. The beach is approximately a 10‑minute drive from the Pilot House complex, and parking is available on the beach side for guest convenience.
• Additional overflow parking is available nearby on a first‑come, first‑served basis. A QR code is posted on the parking garage building access door with more information and directions to the overflow parking location.
• Resort Pool Wristbands: All guests are required to wear wristbands while using the resort pool. Wristbands are provided in the unit for your use during your stay and must be left behind at check‑out, as they are not souvenirs. Missing or broken wristbands will result in a $75 replacement fee.
• This unit is classified as a third‑floor studio but features direct ground‑level access on the pool side for maximum convenience.
• For your convenience, the home is stocked with an initial set of fresh linens and towels.
• High‑speed Wi‑Fi throughout the condo.
• Guest Age & Presence Requirement: You must be at least 25 years old to book this unit and must be present for the entire duration of the stay.

A Note on Kitchen Supplies: For sanitary reasons and to accommodate a wide range of guest preferences, the home does not provide consumable kitchen items such as seasonings, cooking oil, coffee filters, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or food storage bags. We recommend bringing any items you plan to use during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.

A Note on Cleaning Supplies: While cleaning chemicals are not provided during your stay, each home is equipped with basic tools for your convenience, including a vacuum, mop, mop bucket, broom, and dustpan. If you prefer to use specific cleaning products, you’re welcome to bring your own. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Important Noise Disclosure: This condo is located within a multi-unit building and shares walls, floors, and/or ceilings with neighboring residences. As a result, noise from nearby units may be heard at times. This is a normal part of condo living and is not considered a maintenance issue. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this possibility.

Essentials & Guidebook:
We provide a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in comfortably. In each bathroom, you’ll find travel-size body wash, body bar, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, we include one sponge, one roll of paper towels, travel-size liquid dish detergent, one packet of dishwasher detergent, and two trash bags per trash can. We also provide one packet of powdered laundry detergent. For longer stays or if you need more, nearby stores make restocking easy.
