This is a great location in Columbus. It is less than a block from High Street with easy access to lots of restaurants, pubs and great little shops. It is very walkable and conveniently located to many other downtown attractions. The property was very clean and quiet. An excellent location for a weekend get away.

The apartment itself was clean but the couch, rugs, and kitchen stools could use refreshing. The building is old and the floors in the apartment are very uneven. There is no dresser to put your clothes in but there are hangers in the closet. There is a small desk in the bedroom but no chair. We did a little cooking while there. The kitchen items are sparse but adequate for light cooking. I really appreciated the electric kettle and coffee pot and keurig. The water gets very hot, very quickly.

We had a fantastic stay at The Luxe Pearl Residences and would absolutely book again. Check-in was seamless with the smartlock and the unit was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. The Italian Village location is hard to beat. We are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

The space was in a great location. The host was great at communicating with us and helping us out with anything we needed. The kitchen had everything you would need for a short stay. Parking was a bit difficult on the first night - other tenants park in the same area and left little room for our car, but we were able to park in the spot on the second night of our stay. The house overall was clean and in good condition, but the floors were in poor condition in some parts of the house (scratchy/uneven), which might make it difficult for some people to navigate.

Great location and walkable to many restaurants and the connivence store across the street was great for grabbing ice cream, snacks and any other items needed during our trip. The only television is in the living room and the couch is not very comfortable if you plan to be inside the majority of your stay.

Great location and friendly host. Easy to walk around the area and with a parking spot. It is on the bottom level so if you’re sensitive to sounds you will hear if anyone is up stairs moving around. Overall a good stay would recommend this place.

The location is easy to get to from the highway and close to a lot of Columbus activities. The bed was comfortable enough, although the pillows were not very substantial. The apartment seemed to be set up with all the essentials - I didn’t do any cooking, but it was nice to have a private laundry. There were a few things I let the manager know needed attention - I found the bed sheet had a stain, the bath towel had a hole, and there was also a stain on the couch. He asked for photos and was responsive. The space appeared to be clean, but it’s an apartment in an old building with uneven floors, a mildly funky odor, and neighbors whose activities you can hear through the thin walls and creaky second floor. It is a block off of a busy street, so at least street noise is really minimal, and the blackout curtains maintain privacy. The dedicated parking space was a plus. I opted to stay here because it was slightly less than hotels I was comparing, and it was an OK budget-friendly place to stay that would work best for travelers who don’t mind a bit of neighbor noise, old-building funk, and less attention to quality for the sake of the location.

We loved how cute and cozy this place was, but there were a lot of issues/things broken when we got there. the table leg was completely bent, barstool chair (looks like it was put together incorrect it’s leaning), door knob in bedroom was extremely loose, some decorations were broke, and went to sit on the couch and sunk in completely, me and my boyfriend love to cook together and there was not a lot of cooking items in the kitchen. I think it just needs updated and inspected. Great location!

My husband and I have done this kid-less weekend trip every year for the past five years and always have stayed in a different Airbnb. This one probably was the best location for what we like to do (watch football, eat, drink, all in walking distance). We didn’t end up using our car at all the whole weekend and there is a convenience store located right outside the front door which was awesome (extra perk- didn’t hear any noise or commotion being that close to a store). I’ve never had a more responsive and organized host who truly cared (reached out to check on us, etc). The place had its own quirks which is expected in an old building but it didn’t bother us. We would definitely stay here again as long as the price remains competitive and fair, which it definitely was. It was nice to have a designated parking spot associated with the place as well. Overall very satisfied!

Very responsive host - when I couldnt find the TV remote my first night they had one delivered within a few hours The place does show its age a bit particularly the floors are uneven and the shower/tub is dated. But for the location and the price point, it was a great value!

Very clean. Quiet despite close proximity to Short North. Instant hot water in the bath/shower. Washer/dryer available for laundry. Had an issue accessing the unit, but owners replied promptly and got me inside. Shower was lacking a shelf for items (I could see where there had been one but it was now missing), so soap/shampoo had to be placed on the rim of the tub, which is a little awkward while showering. Floor is uneven around the openings in the floor to the duct work. (Not a problem for a person without any ambulatory issues.) Never could get the TV to work. It's a Roku, with which I am not familiar. No physical controller present, although the owners maintained that there should be one. Downloaded the Roku app and connected to the TV via the wifi, but could not get the TV to recognize commands.

Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Convenience store across the street with good ice cream. Yard in front is unkempt with beer cans in the yard. Apartment was clean and had nice towels. Great water pressure for shower. Bedroom is super dark for those who need really dark for sleeping. Nice bedding with extra blanket if needed. The outside is run down, but inside was very nice. Pictures make it seem brighter than it is- dark paint on the walls- but that was the only surprise. Parking space sealed the deal for me; I had business at convention center and walked there. Didn't need to worry about my car but it was easy in and out for short trips in Columbus. Bed was very comfortable, hot water for showers, and quiet place to relax at the end of the day. Internet connecton was very good.

Check in was very easy, and it's nice to have a reserved parking spot. The location is very convenient. For the price, we were ok with the couple of shortcomings: The table was broken, and the stools at the counter were so wobbly that we couldn't sit on them. The bedroom ceiling light didn't have a battery to be able to turn it on. We bought a battery, and it still didn't work. However, the owner was VERY responsive over text and offered to have someone drop off a battery and gave us permission to fix the stools so we could sit on them. Because we didn't spend much time in the residence, the owner was responsive, and again, because the price was low, we were satisfied with our stay.

Overall a great stay! Pros: the location was perfect and the parking spot a huge plus. Quiet apartment for being so close to the main road in Short North. Check in and out process was seamless. Would definitely stay here again. Some cons: neither of the ceiling fans worked, and the overhead light in the master was broken. The bedroom got warm, even with the vents wide open. We were supplied one regular sized bath towel, one smaller towel, and then wash cloths.

Exactly what I expected based on the listing and reviews. Solid communication from the property manager and a great location with off street parking. The inside was clean and organized. We used the washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge, and they all worked well. I wish the yard was better maintained, there was trash in both the front and back yard. Small thing, but very noticeable upon arrival. Some of the furniture needs repaired or replaced.All in all, a solid place that was worth the price. I'd stay there again.

This was my first Air BNB experience. From the first contact I had with the host months ago through the stay, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured, and the two things I appreciated were the free parking space (as so much off High Street is paid and hard to find parking at) and the location, which was steps away from shopping and dining.

The apartment is in a great location. Close to an important street without noise. Convenience store across the street. Decent restaurants around. And almost everything needed for a short term in a walkable distance. Shopping mall 5 minutes away driving. Good kitchen, nice bathroom, good bedroom, comfortable living room. 1-2 guests will always be comfortable.

The unit was absolutely as described. Nice modern decor and new appliances. A con for me was opening the oven and finding old food that hadn’t been thrown out and there is a ton of garbage on the lawn. However, it’s a great area to walk and get around in. The host was great with communication and overall it was a nice spot for a quick getaway.

Was nice for my individual stay for 3 nights. Was right on High St and in short north with lots of little food stops near by. Definitely looks better in the photos than in person, and the yard was definitely not maintenanced like the photos. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. There was old food left on a tray in the oven and musty smells in the closets, but I wasn’t cooking in the kitchen. Could hear commotion from the fun on High St at night, and steps from the upstairs attendees. Unit was definitely worth the cost and sufficient for my stay visiting OSU.

This place is behind a 24h mart, so can get loud. I had to bring my own towels as they had fees if you got makeup on theirs. Got bit by bugs at night, bites all over my stomach, legs and arm😬 There were stains on couch, I just put a blanket over when sitting. Should not have to do that. It is a great location w/ parking and W/D. The codes/ door locks right at 10 am(checkout day) , so if you forgot something you will get locked out. I left something inside and had to contact them. They were prompt in answer and helpful - which was nice. But all the other items may deter me from another stay.

Great proximity to Columbus parks, which made it easy to walk to my Marathon close to downtown. I travel to Columbus often, and I constantly measuring if I should rent a vehicle or if I'm near enough attractions where rideshares would suffice. Home was very comfortable, I felt right at home. Multiple food places, banks and bars around and all walking distance while still being quiet and not loud. I would book here again when returning. Very nice and clean stay.
