The stylish kitchen is a chef’s delight, showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Grab a high-top stool at the counter to enjoy a delicious spread of afternoon hors d’oeuvres, while the dining table with seating for 6 can host more formal meals. The basement game room is an entertainment haven, offering an air hockey/foosball table combo, electronic game table, second living area, 2 TVs, and a children’s area stocked with books and games for hours of fun. Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, work desk with chair, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.
Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.
Bedroom #5 includes a full size bed, twin size bed, and twin trundle, along with a smart TV.
The home also includes a half bathroom and 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo, and the second with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway and garage parking available for up to 4 vehicles.
• 2 parking passes will be provided for guests to use the amenities of the association on Lake Shore Drive.
• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.
• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.

Along the 1.3 miles of lakefront property there are swings, benches, picnic tables.
