Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin XL size beds.
Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.

The home also includes half bathroom and 3 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a mounted sink and clawfoot soaking tub/shower combo, the second with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower, and the third with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 8 vehicles.
• The attached garage and the section of the home/separate deck closest to the lake are kept private to the property owners. They will be locked/off limits to guests of Island Getaway on Delavan Lake. Please note that there are security cameras around the perimeter of this section of the property.
• Dock is shared with homeowners, who store & use their private watercraft.
• Please note that lake conditions often change and are not guaranteed to be favorable for swimming off the dock or docking boats (pontoons are usually a safer bet).
• Please note there are security cameras at the front door monitoring the entryway, and over the pool monitoring the pool and pool deck.
• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.
• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
