This spotless property is perfect for those looking to escape to the best of serenity and comfort. Lake Front Sanctuary is what everyone is looking for, but rarely comes available, so don’t miss out! Wake up every day and enjoy your morning coffee with beautiful views of Table Rock Lake. This fully updated home sleeps 8 and features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with an additional sleeper sofa in the main living space. The open-concept layout allows for an organic flow of conversation among guests and an ideal design for entertaining bigger parties. But the real star of the show is the view of the lake from the back deck. The dining set outside is the perfect place to start and end each day.

Guests get direct access to Table Rock Lake from the porch! It is a gentle walk to the water's edge! Enjoy the rocky beach for sunbathing or fishing. The property is right around the corner from Indian Point Marina and just minutes to Silver Dollar City.

Back inside, a full kitchen comes equipped with everything you may need to whip up meals from home. Granite countertops and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, are attractive upgrades. There's a blender, toaster, and coffee maker all available for your convenience. There is plenty of dining ware and glassware to enjoy plenty of meals in the comfort of your own home. This property is perfect for young families and comes equipped with a highchair and a pack n play for the little ones!

Bedrooms #1 and #2 are outfitted with a Queen bed and a TV. The shared bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #3 features beautiful views of the lake and is decked out with a King bed, TV, and en-suite. The en-suite offers a massive walk-in shower.

Each room is furnished with crisp linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay and the bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of towels.

While hanging inside, guests can enjoy a DVD player, various board games, and cable TV. Guests are also welcomed to enjoy the fire pit & communal pool. The property has a backyard perfect for walking your furry friends.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re dog-friendly (up to 15lbs). A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.
- THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
- A laundry room with a washer/dryer and ironing board is available for guest use.
- There is parking available for 2 vehicles.
-1st Floor, Walk-Down Unit with 3 steps required to access the front door
-The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day
-Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to explore Table Rock Lake or nearby Table Rock State Park. Silver Dollar City, only 6 minutes away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme. And if you’re up for a round of golf, the gorgeous Point Royale Golf Course is less than 25 minutes away and the iconic Top of the Rock Golf Course is less than 40! The home is 25 minutes from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.

Please note: If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional, flat pet fee of $125 will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.
Absolutely no trailer parking, boat parking at this development. Each unit has 1 assigned spot in front of the building, and 1 additional spot that’s first come first serve.

Our stay was comfy and cozy. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying nature. There are multiple seating options inside and out. Plenty of towels, games, and a kitchen stocked with dishes & a spice cabinet.

Beautiful Condo right on Table Rock Lake. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed Branson and Table Rock Lake. Everything you could want and more. Fed the deer and birds. Restaurant next door has great pizza and Rueben sandwich. Manager Smiley was very nice. Only downside was the people in room above us were rude. Very loud all night. Stomping when walking and sounded like they were constantly running. Had medium size poodle that barked constantly when the people were gone from the condo! Mentioned the noise to them and it only got worse. 😞

This location was perfect for us, close enough, but not too close to Branson. Absolutely loved being on the lake, deer, birds, close by. We did not bring our dogs, but it is obviously a very dog, friendly location.

Everything was lovely! A bit too far off the beaten path for our liking but if youre a Lake person its perfect! The bath tub drain was clogged but a plumber came out promptly to fix it! Its a beautiful condo with all the amenities you could possibly want! It would be nice to have black out curtains in MB. Lots of Light in there and with little ones, it makes for early morning wake ups!

We had such a nice stay! This condo is very spacious and well-stocked with kitchen ware, towels, washcloths, paper goods and more! It was in a peaceful neighborhood directly on the lake. We enjoyed seeing the deer, chipmunks, birds, and other wildlife. We have stayed at this condo complex before, just not in this unit. We enjoyed it so much last time, I didn't even look anywhere else to stay! Thank you for contributing to such a fun, relaxing vacation.

Overall this was a clean and very roomy, nice place to stay. The kitchen was very nice and big and the bedrooms were spacious as well. The manager of the property were very responsive through texting to questions we had. Issues we had were minor but the fact that this very nice and roomy master bedroom and master bath, did not allow use of the master closet. Having some hang-up clothing with no place to hang them we ended up using the entry closet by the front door....NOT convenient at all. I understand an owner need a place to lock up and keep stuff. But how easy would it be to put an armoire with a hanging bar or simply a hanging bar in the huge bathroom?? The only other thing we talked to management about we the drains had a very bad smell emitting from them. This happens with all drains from time to time but needs to be treated each tome between visitors. All in all, I would still recommend this property due to its great location but the lake and short drives to everywhere as well as it roominess and nice appearance.

So clean and was just perfect the area was beautiful and the property was stocked greatly with all kitchen appliances and some items . Wish we would have been able to stay a few extra days as nice as it was .

Cons: No closet in master bedroom--had one in master bathroom but was locked by management. Water presser very poor in showers. Nice large kitchen with plenty of room for meal prep, nice dinning area and living area. Large master suite with direct access to back deck. Steps off of deck and a short walk down to the lake.... awesome!

The interior of the property was beautifully decorated. The condo is very well equipped. It looked very clean but when my toddler grandson walked all day barefoot inside his feet were black. My son in law said the same. I didn’t notice because I always wear shoes. I would just make sure the cleaning people do their job because it looked immaculate to me. We loved this condo and the process was very easy. I would definitely recommend this property . It’s a ways out from shopping but it didn’t stop me. I was looking for peace and quiet and we got it!

The location was great to be close to Silver Dollar City. The unit wasn't ready when we arrived at 4:00 p.m. It was ready a few minutes late. The kitchen was fully stocked! That was a very nice addition to our stay. We bring everything with us because most of the places we rent are not fully stocked. It was a nice touch to have liquid soap at every sink. I always bring enough for every sink & didn't have to get ours out. The people who were in the unit above us were so loud ALL NIGHT long!! It was after 3:00 a.m. when they finally stopped making noise. We had an infant and a dog that couldn't settle down because of the noise. This was terrible!We would not choose to stay again based on the terrible experience with the tenants on the floor above.

Beautiful Condo right on Table Rock Lake. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed Branson and Table Rock Lake. Everything you could want and more. Fed the deer and birds.
