Bring the kids + extended family, grandparents, or friends to enjoy a relaxing getaway close to Silver Dollar City, the Branson Strip, Ballparks of America ball fields, Branson Landing, Tanger Outlets, Table Rock Lake, Top of the Rock, and MUCH MORE!
The main open living space is equipped with a queen-size sofa sleeper, cable TV, and deck access. The beautiful deck is nestled in the tree-tops and beckons you to sit and watch the birds, wild turkey, and wildlife, while drinking your morning cup of coffee.
Back inside, the dining table has seating for 6, and the kitchen counter offers additional counter seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, crockpot, dishes, utensils, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker––everything you need to whip up a good meal.
Bedroom #1 is a lockout-style bedroom that features a queen-size bed, queen-size sofa sleeper, cable TV, private entrance, private en-suite, and kitchenette. The kitchenette has a microwave, mini-fridge, and toaster oven. The en-suite has a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 offers a king-size bed, cable TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite has a shower/tub combo.
There is also a half bath for guest convenience.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a walk-down unit requiring you to take the stairs with 17 steps to reach the entry door.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- 2 assigned parking spaces are available. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.
- On day of arrival, guests will receive an AMENITIES PASS via text message from the local team to take to the Stonebridge Welcome Center for the purchase of the parking pass.
- Washer and dryer are for guest use.
- The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
The exclusive gated-community of StoneBridge Village offers many on-site amenities for you to enjoy including the LedgeStone 18-hole, par 71, championship golf course, the LedgeStone Club House and adjoining LedgeStone Grille for your dining enjoyment, a gym, two inviting pools for a relaxing day of sun & fun, adventurous walking trails and playgrounds for the little ones. The home is less than 4 miles from the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes. Silver Dollar City, only 7 minutes and just 2.8 miles away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme and great for family fun! Downtown Branson, just 10.5 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley.
