The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between 1 private bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The bedroom is furnished with luxe linens to ensure a restful stay.
The bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and access to the bathroom, with laundry room in between.
The bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

- This is a walk-in unit, requiring 2 stair steps to reach the entry door.

- There is unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Required parking passes can be obtained from the guard at the gate upon arrival..

- The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
