Welcome to Our Happy Place in Branson, a beautiful condo minutes from famous Branson attractions. The home is tastefully designed with neutral decor and modern furnishings that are sure to please every guest.

Description

The main living area is open-concept allowing all guests to join the conversation. The living room highlights comfy seating, a Smart TV, and access to the balcony outside. The balcony with outside seating is the perfect space to start your mornings with a caffeinated brew in hand.

The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to whip up meals from home. A toaster, blender, and coffee maker are also available for your convenience. There is counter seating at the extended counter. Steps from the kitchen, a dining table seats 6.

The home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably between 4 lovely bedrooms. Each space is furnished with beautiful accents and luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

On the 1st floor:

- Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a King bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite offers dual sinks, and a walk-in shower.
- Bedroom #2 highlights a Queen bed, and Smart TV.
- Bedroom #3 is decked out with a King bed, and Smart TV.
There is also a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

On the 2nd floor:

- Bedroom #4 offers a King bed.
A shared bathroom is on this floor with a shower/tub combo.
The 2nd floor also features a second living space with ample seating and Smart TV.
Upstairs family room has full over full bunkbed.

THINGS TO NOTE:
-This is a walk-up unit, requires 17 steps to unit. .
- There are unassigned parking spaces for 2 vehicles.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- A laundry room off of the kitchen is available for guest use.
- This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
- Guests are welcome to enjoy the seasonal community pool located in the complex.
- The communal pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

Our Happy Place in Branson is situated in the heart of Branson, 10-minutes from the famous Branson Strip with music venues, restaurants, shopping, and activities that the entire family can enjoy! Historic Downtown Branson is 7.5 miles away and is a commonplace to stumble upon live music, a festival, or other noteworthy events. Table Rock and Lake Taney Como both offer hours of amazing fun for the whole family.

We absolutely loved staying here, it was 10-15 minute distance from every place we went. The host was very responsive. It was a beautiful space, with a gorgeous view for sunrises and coffee on the balcony. It was the perfect amount of space for my family and for my parents. 5 stars all round! Only complaint is check-in was delayed but the host was responsive and tried to accommodate us, but their cleaning crew was extremely busy since we checked in on a Sunday so we understood. Just something to note if you need a definitive time to check-in. But again LOVED THIS PLACE. We will stay again!!

This condo, by far, exceeded our expectations! They have thought of everything a guest might need. It was spacious for our 8 guests with room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The condo had a beautiful view of the city of Branson except we didn’t like the tall tree that was in the middle of the view which blocked the rest of the view. The condo was equipped with kitchen essentials that we needed. The property was pretty and nice. It was worth renting it for our family vacation.

Lost a ☆ star for the parking: *every night* we were there not enough parking for 2 (parked in grass), no handicap spots, no way to back up to load/unload. Other than that, great condo, very clean, nice layout for fam, and a great place to stay! The beds were amazing, couches very comfy, loved the view out our back window. Balcony was a good (little) area. Had everything there that one needed to get Started like 3 trash bags, hand soap at each sink, several laundry pods, coffee filters. Small things...pillows were too big and hard to sleep on, gave us a sore neck. Wish the upstairs areas and all bedrooms had blackout curtains. **I will call out that, as stated, this is a "walk-up"/top floor location....there are ~15 steps to get up/down.

We have been staying with vrbo for 10 plus yesrs. This was by far the nicest our family has stayed at. It more than met our needs. There was plenty of space for our three adult children that stayed with us, and the view was breath taking. The host was amazing and provided more than we could have asked for.

We really enjoyed our stay! Check-in was great. Our hosts were very helpful and quick to answer our questions. Very clean, lots of space, kitchen was fully loaded. Great location-just a few minutes from the Branson strip, Silver Dollar City, Sight and Sound. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and the pool was very clean! Our kids loved the separate space upstairs with the extra living/dining space. Our family has allergies, so we especially appreciate everything being so clean without a strong smell of air fresheners or cleaners!! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Branson! 5 star experience across the board!!

This was our second time staying at this particular property. It is very clean, fully stocked with kitchen items and plenty of towels to use. It was a quick weekend for our family of 8 adults (2 parents and 6 young adults). The sleeping arrangements were spot on and the 3 bathrooms were very convient. This rental is located within minutes of everything you could possibly need or want to do. We did like the large table for playing games in the evening.

The condo was beautiful with really amazing views! Everything was clean and was tastefully decorated. Even had some games for the kids to play around the table. I enjoyed the fact that the kids had a bunk room upstairs and their own little living area to chill. It was loud though if they did anything but tiptoe. Overall, I would stay here again though! I did understand the listing to mean the unit was a walk-up unit meaning no stairs to get to the condo entrance but there is a flight of stairs to get to it which was not easy for my dad to do.

This place is perfect. Great location. Close to Silver Dollar City and 7-10 minutes from the min strip! Only thing to pay attention to is your unit number. There are several units in one building. We showed up at the same time as other guests and we were all confused to which unit we were! Just make sure you find that detail in the instructions! Although we stayed near other families it was so quiet. The view was beautiful and very thing was perfect and clean and fully stocked with essentials (paper towels, trash bags etc) we'd totally stay again!

The host was awesome, nice guy. The construction going on was too much did not feel was safe for the children to be outside. The pool we had to use was old and nasty. Had two children get sick and the veteran mom I am say it was the nasty pool water.
