The Cozy Cottage Getaway - Private Pool & Hot Tub

We had a great stay for our entire group. The hot tub and outdoor areas were a nice touch and were great for our winter escape.

We loved our stay here! It was a much needed relaxing get away and perfect for our dogs to run around the big fenced in yard. We enjoyed cooking our meals and had everything we needed for that and the fire pit was great. We will definitely be back!

This was a great place, very clean, plenty of room. And just 20 mins from the Branson landing, easy to get to all the attraction but able to get away from the traffic. There is a gas station and a dollar store about 3-4 miles from the home in case you forget something. The only thing I was worried about was how close the neighbors were, there is a privacy fence all the way around the property but the neighbors are literally right on the other side. Other than that it’s a great place with plenty of room for the kids and the animals. Fire pit was great and so was the gazebo. We would stay here again

It was an absolutely beautiful place! We had a few minor issues come up, but the hosts messaged back fast, and had each problem fixed asap. We were discussing a trip back in Summer (to enjoy the beautiful pool) before we even left our trip! 10/10 recommend!!!

Beautiful home located about 20-30 minutes outside of Branson. The home had everything we needed. They have a large fenced in yard that our dog loved. The private pool & gazebo is where we spent many hours cooling off after checking out the area. This will be are go to house when we come back.

My family and I loved this place. It was super clean and had lots of things to keep the kids entertained. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the beds were comfy, and kitchen stocked with everything we needed. We will for sure see if it's available for our next Branson trip!

Cottage was clean and accommodating, had snacks for us, kitchen had everything to cook full meals, huge backyard for the dogs, pool and hot tub. The first night we couldn't use the hot tub because it was locked and we didn't know how to unlock it. It was late that night, but the next morning I texted India (#was on board at cottage) they came within 10 minutes and showed us how to unlock it and explained why that wasn't noted, for kid reasons, and it made sense. The response time was quick and they were efficient. We loved the gazebo area with the lights, fan and grill, especially during the storms we had while visiting. Very relaxing and hospitable!! Roughly 10-20 minutes away from Branson, with scenic drives! If you forgot something Dollar General is 5 minutes away from cottage, just down the road. Definitely a home away from home vacation. We enjoyed it greatly, so did our 2 pups! Would definitely come back!

I can not say enough great things about this place! It was quiet, not far from Branson, and CLEAN. I mean CLEAN CLEAN. Host was super responsive when a storm came through and knocked the lights out. They called the electric company and kept me updated. Loved this stay!

What is there not to say! This place was fantastic! Cleanest place yet! This was our best vacation stay here yet. From the yard for the dogs, pool, and hottub, everyone had something they enjoyed. It was nicely done and the pictures are exactly what you get.You are secluded, but still not far from the craziness. Communication was top notch. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I traveled to Branson with my parents and our two girls and we had a great time! The place exceeded expectations. It has enough space for all of us and the layout was perfect. We loved the hot tub and the fire pit. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the property was quite private which was nice. Clean property, cozy cottage with great areas. We stayed out on around the fire pit, and one night cooked out on the gazebo. It had a great yard for my grandson and just very comfortable

The back yard with pool and gazebo was super. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking. The futon wasn't good for an adult, and there were bugs in our sink every morning, in one of the bathrooms. The kitchen was good, the table was big enough that we played games on it in the evening.

Was a very relaxing stay. We all enjoyed unplugging and just enjoying the countryside. The pool was a great focal point and the yard was expansive. Loved the gazebo. Everything we could ask for, and exceeded our expectations.

We needed a place where we could bring our furry friends and still be close to Branson. This was perfect! The hosts are super and communicate regularly. The home is full of personal touches and very comfortable. There is a pool, a hot tub, a fire pit, and a large yard for the pups. The doggie door was especially handy.and they provide a covered doggie futon! Everything you could need is there. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I along with our two senior dogs had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cottage Getaway! The property is beautiful and the huge fully fenced yard was a doggie dream come true for my old girls. There are many places nearby to visit but the peace and quiet in and around the house was a vacation in its self. The pool was closed due to being a little too early in the season but the jacuzzi was wonderful! Everything was very clean and well thought out. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet place close enough to the city but not in the middle of it all.

Will definitely be staying here again when we visit branson! Super quiet neighborhood, there are neighbors but theyre quiet and with the fence around the house you didnt even know they were there! The house itself is exactly as described , it was clean and the beds were all nice and comfortable! The pool and hot tub are a great addition, we enjoyed both every day! The grill and fire pit were also really nice to have, we didnt use the firepit because it was hot but it was large and wouldve been great to sit around! Overall this is a 10/10 house and location! Everything was perfect! Would highly recommend, if youre thinking about booking this place, do it, you will not regret it!

6 of us had a WONDERFUL stay at the Cozy Cottage. This house has everything. And it’s surrounded by nature’s beauty. Super close to Branson without having to be in the hustle and bustle, quiet and serene. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed. We had a short stay but enjoyed every moment! The pool, firepit, grill area, board games, and hot tub made for endless fun! Next time, we will have to stay longer to enjoy the home more!Highly highly recommend! Oh! And an incredible bonus, the checkout list is very minimal and reasonable, so the day you have to say goodbye to vacation isn’t as overwhelming. That was an awesome touch!

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning beachfront property! The home was beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly spacious—plenty of room for our entire family (2 grandparents, 4 parents, and 5 kiddos) to relax, make memories and enjoy the time together. Waking up to ocean views and having direct beach access with everything we could need made our vacation truly special. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable and memorable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family getaway! We can’t wait to return!

We stayed for a week in March for a family and friends spring break getaway in this fantastic property. It was perfect for 3 adult couples and 2 pups with plenty of parking, room to relax in and outdoors and plenty of nice touches and amenties. The yard was huge, so even the dogs had a great time. It was too early in the season to open the pool, but the hot tub was fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped with dishware and the dining area was large and inviting, with room to enjoy meals together and some evening family games. We had one initial facility issue that I only mention to illustrate the property management responsiveness, taking care of it first night.Fair warning, the property is rural, hence all the room, with one primary road to head into Branson. That said it was easy to get into town, usually about 15 - 20 minutes to the landing and 35 minutes to get to Silver City or the Strip.Everyone loved the location and started talking about staying there again for summer visit next time before the week had even ended.

We absolutely loved the cottage and all the amenities! The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Got to meet the owners and they were very nice. The cottage was clean and had plenty of room for 5 people to stay. I would highly recommend this place and we will be renting it again in the future. The price is great and the place is amazing! Great property. The kids had a blast in the hot tub and pool. Very comfortable beds and stocked with everything you need. Only negative was that we had to clean the floors when we got there to keep our socks clean, we are a shoes-off indoors family.

This is our 2nd time booking and it was very nice. They have upgraded the outside and it was a nice surprise. The owner came by twice to check on the pool and hot tub which was very nice meeting her. She wanted to make sure we had everything we needed as we had booked it for over a week. Can't say enough about the place. Will definitely come back next year !
