Grand welcome is the perfect place for us to stay. We were a big group and there was a space for everyone. It’s very clean, cozy, spacious, four rooms with each room has each own bathroom and a safe sunroom especially if you have kids. The place is located in a quiet place and you can see from the sunroom part of the town. It’s also within a mile drive to the store, and closer to a lot of places to go. My family was happy, comfortable, and content! Great communication with the host too. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again 💖

It was super clean and plenty of room four our large family The only thing is that the bed mattresses were tooo soft. But overall excellent and definitely stay there again

Our condo was very roomy and worked well for the five of us. We had a little bit of a problem, going up the stairs, because three of us have foot and leg and hip issues. But other than that, it was very nice.

This space was perfect for our group of 7. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. We were all able to spread out and have our own space. The space is close to 76 and easy access to the main routes of Branon. We will be checking for availability for our next trip to Branson.

This place was perfect for my family. Multiple rooms with multiple bathrooms. We all were very comfortable. Was close to everything in surrounding areas and avoided many traffic issues on the strip. Perfect place to stay.

For the most part the unit is okay. Pluses of this unit: location it’s very close to the Branson strip and enough space to spread out if traveling with others. Minuses of this unit: beds are very uncomfortable there is this weird foam on top of the beds that are awful to sleep on, the unit is dated and needs upgrades and price doesn’t match value of unit.

Very clean. Host responsive but it seemed not knowledgeable about the parking situation and not clear about getting the voucher for two tickets that are promised.

Everything was so clean and up to date! Every room and bathroom was completely stocked with extra towels and washcloths, pillows and toilet paper. We loved the sun room and the view. It’s located close to everything! We were upstairs but it’s a very easy 2 flight walk. Also each room has 2 entrances which would be good if you have people coming in at different times!

This location provided us with enough space for our family to have our own spaces when needed. We very much appreciated. The each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was great to be able to use a full kitchen for a few meals that we did eat in the home. When we make it back to Branson, we will definitely look at this property again.

Our family has been coming to Branson yearly for over 30 years. Although this wasn't the newest property we have stayed at, it was the cleanest. There were no fragrances to cover up dirt, just lovely and clean. The bedrooms were spacious. The beds were nice and comfortable, and the apartment was quiet. The location is excellent, too, just a few blocks off the strip. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. If I had any hesitations to offer, it would be to a large group. We had seven in our party, and we filled up the seating in the open living space: the small table seats six, the small sofa seats three, and there is a recliner. There is a table in the enclosed porch that seats four, but I didn't find any thermostat for heating and cooling out there. We would consider this condo again, but not for a party any larger than we had.

This was a great place to stay with my daughters and granddaughters. The rooms are big and comfortable. There is an enclosed porch that provided extra space, The kitchen was well equipped with the necessary items so that we could fix some of our own meals. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We had a question for the host and the answer was returned very quickly. This property is very close to Branson attractions and easy to get to. Parking is convenient and it felt safe when we arrived after dark in the evenings.

We enjoyed the property and plan to return on our next trip. Most of us wanted our "own space" for sleeping and bathroom, so the four bedroom four bathroom worked well. The only problem we had was not being able to work turn the TV off with the remote. It was probably us and not the equipment.

It was a lovely condo and perfect in that each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was in a great location and the management company was very responsive if we had any issues.
