Midnight Oasis - Nestled Among Nature of the Ozarks!

Was our second time staying here as a family of 4 for Christmas and enjoyed it just as much as our stay this summer. If we come back to Branson we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The balcony was so peaceful! We really enjoyed our stay here. I couldn't believe how comfortable the bed was. I've never slept better on a trip to be quite honest. Location was great for everywhere we wanted to go while visiting. We didn't need any assistance from our host. Everything was smooth sailing.

They brought me a pack n play and highchair for my baby. The airbnb is SO nice, we will definitely come back here. It felt private, it wasn’t too crowded. Beds comfy, very cute interior design. It was clean and modern, but cozy enough that when we weren’t at Silver Dollar City we could easily hangout and watch tv. I walked down to the lake during the evening, my husband will have to bring his fishing rod next time. One of the pools was not in commission, but the other one was, and it was right across the street along with a playground.

Felt right at home and already looking forward to staying on future trips. Relaxed and clean environment that felt open and comfortable. We were 4 adults and had plenty of space. Description was accurate and hosts friendly, attentive and quick to reply. Walking trails, pretty pond, quaint private deck with a nice view for eating/drink sipping/relaxing and there’s a pool nearby. Great location for attending SDC with no hassle. Thank you for offering such a great place at an affordable price!

Friendly host, easy access but we loved the home was tucked back into nature. Plenty of space for a family of 4! We loved the back porch!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was decorated very nicely and was as shown in the pictures displayed. Communication was great. Instructions for check in and check out were clear and easy to follow. We could hear the upstairs apartment as they walked through their place but it wasn't anything excessive during our stay. The location is literally 3-5 minutes from silver dollar city which we found to be nice. A good BBQ place was down the road maybe 5-6 minutes away as well (Old 76 Smokehouse). Everything was clean. Had plenty of towels, has plates, cups and silverware already stocked. As well as a Keurig with coffee pods and cute mugs to use. The back porch faces the tree line with a table and chairs to enjoy the nature. We would definitely stay here again and really appreciated the place was as described!

The unit was clean and welcoming. I was looking for lakefront property and thy showed a picture of a lake on their pictures and you really have to use your imagination to actually see a lake from the condo. I also was a little disappointed by the lack of basic kitchen condiments. They had salt and pepper a plenty. Over all the place worked out great. It is in a convenient location and the price was reasonable. We enjoyed our time there.

HI Colleen, so sorry that you assumed this property being lake front... We do NOT advertise that, there is a hiking trail that leads to a "lake" but you have to walk to it. We do show the picture of it on the amenities picture. Have a great day.

We loved our stay. It’s the cutest place and so comfortable. I drank my coffee on the back porch each morning we were there. The tvs in every room were so nice so we could watch different things. I hope to stay here again!

Beautiful rental in an excellent location. The condo is private, easy to get to, and offers a beautiful view from the deck. The area was safe and quiet. We felt very comfortable here. We did need to buy a kitchen sponge for dishes, as well as better quality toilet paper, but otherwise had everything we needed for our stay.

We had a great stay here! The view from the back deck is beautiful and the unit is in a very peaceful neighborhood of similar units. The bathrooms were very clean and the check in instructions were very straightforward. We would stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay. The property was just as the pictures and listing described. It was clean and well equipped. It is locate in a condo complex and it is on the first floor. Access is easy with no stairs and close parking. The back deck is nice with scenic views. We will stay here again.

The only thing keeping me from giving this place 5 stars is just the small little fixes needed from the obvious frequent use of this lovely apartment. We lamented not bringing our tool kit, as we would have happily fixed a few of the simple tasks, like a loose screw here and there, etc. That and the bleach stains on a few of the rugs/linens, which i can understand at the frequent washings. This place just needs a tiny bit of TLC to be back to 5 stars in no time! It's truly a great spot very close to the park and in a very quiet neighborhood! The lights and music playing at arrival were a nice touch!

Brandon 2025 Notch Estates 412 blg 6 apt 1We arrived to a clean lit, and well maintained condoPlusses, This condo does have a stairless entry if you park all the way to the left side of the building. Both regular coffee pot and a Keurig coffee makers are available with foldgers coffee and coffee filters available. Plenty of cooking utensils and dishes available. No sharp knives. While this place has step-in showers in both bathrooms, be aware there are no safety bars available for anyone that might be handicapped, or even a little unsteady on their feet. (I brought suction cup handles but the tile design in both baths prohibit them from sticking to the wall.) Only has one small table for dining at unless you want to sit on bar stools at the kitchen bar. It Does have a regular size table and chairs on the patio outside. Furniture all sits a little low for anyone who has trouble getting out of low seating chairs. While the front bedroom has a small piece of furniture that you can set a suitcase on, the main bedroom doesn't have anything to set suitcases on, but it does have a nice big closet. Front bedroom only has a small closet with no bar to hang clothes from. (A tension bar would probably work fine) General: Not specific for renting this condo, things to bring; couple of extension cords/power strips, Kleenex, laundry soap, AAA/AA batteries (for TV remote)

Overall, the property was great for us. Our only complaints were that we didn’t feel the bed was very comfortable. Also, if we had brought our kids on this trip, the guest bedroom would have been very bright at night due to the light outside. A blackout shade that could be rolled up and down might be helpful.

Our stay was great!! Everything was perfect!! The place was so pretty and clean. We slept great we had everything we needed there and the location was great. We will be returning hopefully it’ll be available to book again.

We had such an amazing time in Branson and this cute apartment was just so nice to come home to after a long day of play ball. It had just what we needed for a week long stay and it was so wonderful to step out in the porch and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. Also, a bonus was to see the wonderful fireworks nights going off from SDC. My only thing I would say is that there are no drawers to put any clothes in so we had to love out of our suitcases unless we wanted to hang everything. Over all

Enjoyed the propert. Was there for softball tournament. The 2/2 was perfect for our stay. Clean, well maintained. Host was very accommodating when we asked for extra day. High recommend this condo! Parking easy, across from pool and playground.

We always love staying at Notch Estates! It feels like you’re in a treehouse. This unit is our favorite we’ve stayed in so far. It was very clean. The beds were comfy. The check in and check out process were easy. We would definitely stay here again.
