This is a very nice place. We enjoyed staying here. Its on ground level and close to the outside pool. Its close to table rock lake. We had a little trouble finding it at first because its downstairs from the parking lot. We had a good time here.

Great location, felt very safe in a gated established community. Nice amenities and great hosts. They were very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others!

The host was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. There's a unit above so there was some noise, morning the host can do but if you're a light sleeper I'd recommend bringing something for white noise. I'd recommend this place, it was about 10 min from the strip & lots to do.

This place was perfect for us. All the TVs have roku so that made things easy. After exploring Brandon each day we were able to play some Pickleball which was well lit, swim, and hit the hot tub. The bath in the master is a jacuzzi, so we were able to enjoy that too. There’s a playground right out the back door and a nice patio area too

This was a great place to stay at a great value in Branson. The resort had plenty of amenities for entertainment on site as well as being convenient to Branson attractions. The host was attentive and prompt when we had a minor issue. Condo was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed.

We enjoyed a round of golf with the Stay and Play discount before settling into our condo for our three night stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The location was close to restaurants and shows. Our host did a wonderful job communicating with us about check in and information regarding the property. We had a very nice stay.

Great place to stay. Clean, had no major issues. The people where available for questions with quick response time. There are stairs to get to the down stairs unit. Not something we look for in Texas so it took a minute find the unit.

We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. After being there only an hour we all had black feet because the floors were so dirty. I did reach out and they sent the cleaners. They were a little better when we got back, but still not great. There were lots of cobwebs and dust bunnies around the furniture. The kitchen was hardly stocked which made it very difficult to cook any meals. There was only one kitchen towel and one wash cloth for the entire week. The broom and mop that were left in the closet were pretty old and worn out. Overall the space was just alright.

Everything was great. There was one piece of the flooring trim between the kitchen and the living room that was not placed correctly. It caused a lot of accidents and sometimes tripping and falling. This would deter us from staying here again.

The property is beautiful. Easy access to the pool. The pool was a few steps from the sliding back door. The only problem we had was the kitchen. For a place equipped to house 7 people, it was difficult to cook for 7 people with the pots, pans and cooking accessories provided. Also there was 1 kitchen towel.

Great stay- great host. Reviews speak for themselves. Amazing communication, hospitality and unit. Second row from the beach- across the street from grocery and up the street fromAnything else you could ask for. Clean rental, we loved the back porch with the little balcony bar to sit at in the evening. If we are ever in the area again - this will be our first place we try to snag. Extras were aplenty- board games, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, floaties etc. in house laundry was a huge plus. You can tell the unit and the people who stay in it are a priority. Thanks again for a great week.

My family and I drove 12 hours to stay for a few days in Branson, MO for a family vacation. The condo we stayed in looked exactly like the pictures online. It was very spacious, clean, and beautiful. We enjoyed spending time there relaxing, swimming, and playing games in between all of the activities we attended. The only thing that wasn't a positive experience was when we had to communicate to the property owner that we were out of toilet paper. We stayed for 4 nights and apparently during the four night stay,we had gone through all of the toilet paper that was provided. When we reached out to the property manager to see if someone could bring more toilet paper to our condo, the property manager could not believe that we used all of the toilet paper that was provided to us. After talking to someone on the phone, they kept asking us to check the closets in both bathrooms because they could not believe that we used all of the toilet paper. They even texted us pictures of the bathroom closets with toilet paper in them. We had already checked both bathroom closets before we called the property manager, and they were empty. We felt bad that the property manager did not believe us when we said that we had used all of the toilet paper and that the property manager seemed to think that there was no way that we should have gone through all of the toilet paper. At this point, we offered to just go out to a store and by our own toilet paper.

Great stay overall. I think it's a good location between Silver Dollar City and the shows on the strip. We alternated between both during our stay and everything was about 10-15 minutes away.The outdoor pool was closed since our stay was in March, but it and a playground are right outside the back door.This is a bottom unit, so we could hear some children in the unit above us running around at times, but it wasn't too bad.We would stay in the same place again in the future.

We were on the bottom floor with outdoor space. The outdoor space had a lot of dog poo. The noice level from guest up stairs was load. Could hear foot steps, tv, shower, toilet, everything. Some outlets didnt work. Limited kitchen cooking ware. For instance 1 small frying pan. Had to cook 1 egg at a time. Lol.bclose to everything in branson though. It was just ok.

The property was just as described! It was very clean with all the amenities of home. It is close to all the attractions and Branson fun! The hosts were great communicators and responsive. This unit would be perfect for a small family! Great place!

Just as described. Close to town, but in a gated community so it was quiet and peaceful. Neighbors were very quiet. Very clean and well equipped for a weekend with the family. Hope to stay again.
