We had a wonderful stay! The condo was exceptionally clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the deck and enjoying the beautiful, peaceful view of the lake. The area was quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind. The elevator was also a huge plus. Having lupus can make stairs difficult, so it made our stay much more comfortable and accessible. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! We had planned for 3 couples and a toddler, but one couple had to drop out last minute. We had some family that stayed in some Suites in another Branson location, & they had thin walls and ceilings, loud neighbors, and the furnishings there were cheap. But our place was quality, beautiful, and we never heard our neighbors. Being on the top floor gave us a GREAT view, & high ceilings and no neighbors above. Three bedrooms down and one upstairs with doors that open to overlook the kitchen. We really appreciated the elevators, and rolling carts to help take your things up & down. Loved having a full kitchen, both k-cup & reg coffee pot options, etc. I'm not sure if we would stay here if we had older kids, since there are no amenities included (pool, gym, etc) but for our purposes for 3 nights it worked out well. We did other activities each day, & they had a few games there too. Host was very responsive. Use the map they provide, since Google was a little off.

I really can’t say enough about this property. The view first of all was absolutely stunning. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a place with such a unique sunroom overlooking the water. It was such a spacious arrangement as well. Every room had more than enough space and comfort. The location was central to everything that we wanted to do. The communication was also top-notch. 12 out of 10 would recommend!!

This provided the perfect place to unwind for our family. The view is just amazing. We spent hours in the patio, both covered as well as open overlooking the lake. The property was clean clutter free. The management did an amazing job in getting the house ready for us. The elevator to reach 4th floor was pretty big to fit luggage carts which helped in transferring the luggage. Overall an amazing place to spend your vacation in Brandon and we would surely come back again.

Grand Welcome has a great apartment with really good pricing. it was very clean and well stocked with all essentials. the check-in and check-out process was very smooth and the instructions were easy to follow. The apartment is located in a great place and has an amazing view of the Table Rock lake.

It’s all about the view! Beautiful lake view! The sun porch was a favorite spot to sit and take in the beautiful lake. The weather was 90 one day and in the 40’s the next, so the electric fireplace was very nice as well.

Beautiful view of the lake and great accommodations! This was the perfect spot for our group of 6. Kitchen was pretty well stocked (needs a salt shaker ) and the bed/bath layout was perfect. The elevator and luggage carts were essential for our shopping haul and our tired legs after Branson shenanigans. We’ve voted that this is where we want to stay every year.

If you have a family group, you need to stay here! First off, this is a top floor, so no having to hear loud noise’s above you. That’s always a plus in my book. Very clean, and all amenities. But the main selling point… the view! Trust me, you will want to book this for the view! Absolutely stunning! Glad to have found this hidden little gem.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place exceeded our expectations—there was so much room to spread out, it was beautifully clean, and incredibly inviting. This was our second time to stay and overall we all loved it, it was very spacious for our party of 7, close to everything and does have a fabulous view. And the communication team was perfect, they quickly brought over batteries when one of remotes failed. Here's a few things that would have helped get a better score.1. Kitchen sink needed a stopper. - We had this problem last time too.2. No usb plugs anywhere. (We brought our own)3. Couldn't use the porch way to many spiders. (Same as last time)4. Neighbors -you hear complete conversations and at 2:00AM you wonder, do they ever sleep! Whoever gets that bedrm needs ear plugs. Maybe you should supply them. Not sure what you could do about that.5. The door to master bed room would not lock- my husband fixed it! (That should have been done by maintence.) If someone opened that door to that room the whole kitchen/dining area gets a wide open view all the way to the toliet!6. Carrying your luggage to the room was quite a challenge when the Luggage carts handles were literally falling out of the holes.Again despite these challenges the condo overall provided a nice comfortable place to stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! The view was amazing. We had issues when a storm rolled through and knocked our parts of electricity to our unit, but host responded to us at 6:30am as several units had the issue. Was resolved quickly and everything went as planned.

We booked this for our trip with our grandchildren to Branson. We decided to stay out by Table Rock Lake instead of in Branson this year. It was perfect. Close to Silver Dollar City but not far from town. The kids loved being close to SDC and we loved the condo. View of the lake was beautiful and the 1st night they even had fireworks that were gorgeous. It was a wonderful week. We would love to stay here again.

This was a beautiful place. From the view to the vaulted ceilings (top floor condo), it was spacious and comfortable. My favorite was the indoor patio with electric fireplace. Appreciated the luggage carts in addition to the elevator. We did have an issue with a uncleaned bathtub and another with a broken plug, but management responded promptly and thoroughly. Based off the cleanliness of the rest of the condo, it seemed the tub was an outlier/oversight. Great stay!

All in all was good and clean but we had some furniture that was broken and I ended up getting hurt when a kitchen chair leg broke and I’m average weight so it wasn’t cause of my weight. The one chair outside was broken as well and our master bedroom tub didn’t drain properly. If you’d planning on cooking I’d say bring your own cookware and dish cloths as there was not much of that. But clean wise it was great.

We were welcomed the moment we stepped into this listing by beautiful Christmas music playing softly on the televisions. Festive Christmas decorations added to the ambiance. The view of the lake was stunning and you have the option of sitting inside or outside to savor the view. The four bedrooms/baths provided all of us privacy and comfort. The living area was comfortable for us all. This unit is also close enough to the elevator for convenience but far enough away to not be botherd by any noise. I very much appreciated how Grand Welcome checked on us without being overly intrusive. I liked that they were concerned that we were enjoying our stay. Many thanks and highly recommend.

Pros: This Airbnb was very nice with incredible views. Beautiful place with comfy beds! Easy access and super informative hosts around check in and check out. Cons: This is a small complaint so I won't impact the rating. While there was a coffee maker, there was no coffee (kcups were in the pantry but they had a traditional coffee pot , no keurig). Trying to find a coffee shop or a place to grab breakfast around the Airbnb was very difficult (1.5hr waits). I've stayed at many Airbnbs and this is the first host who didn't have coffee, creamer and bottled water ready. We enjoy eating meals locally when traveling and did not want to go grocery shopping. This was a super short weekend trip for my family. I will stay here again but next time I know what to expect and will meal prep.

It was an amazing place to stay. The only issues we had was there was trash found behind the side tables in one of the bedrooms. The water pressure isn’t as strong as we would like or as hot of water in the kitchen sink. And the toilet in the master bathroom needs to be tightened up or replaced it’s awful wobbly. But other than that it was great and wonderful.
