Bedroom #1 is furnished with a queen-size bed and twin-size bunk beds. The room’s ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #3 has a king-size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a walk-in unit.
- Washer and dryer in unit available for guest use.
- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available. Guests will need to check in at the StoneBridge Welcome Center on the day of arrival. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it, and the fee cannot be waived.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- Community pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

Downtown Branson, 20 minutes away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
