Inside, plush couches situated around the smart tv provide a gathering place for guests to enjoy quality time, movie nights, and catching up on favorite shows. Just adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen where guests will find all the appliances, tools, and space necessary for convenient meals at home. Start the day off with a delicious breakfast at the dining table for 6, which might also serve as an ideal location for game nights and playing cards.

This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room:

- Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi Tub & Shower combo.
- Bedroom #2 has a king-size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- Outdoor community pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available.
- Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

The home is located in the Holiday Hills Community, a gated condominium complex with an array of onsite amenities including: an 18-hole golf course, pro shop, clubhouse, recreation center with pool tables, arcade, fitness center, theatre, laundry, bocce ball, outdoor pool, and more! Beyond community amenities, Golf View Escape is easily accessible from both the Branson and Springfield airports. The renowned 76 Country Music Blvd (The Strip) is under 9 miles away and offers music venues, restaurants, shopping, and activities that the entire family can enjoy. Historic Downtown Branson is less than 4 miles away and frequently hosts live music, festivals, and other noteworthy events. Table Rock and Taneycomo Lakes both offer water sports, fishing, and outdoor activities. The list of “things to do” is truly endless!

When we arrived, we were welcomed at the activity center and Josue helped me find the location of where needing to go. Helped me book a tee time for my husband and dad to golf. Our home was just as picture online. Very cozy and such a beautiful view. I needed some recommendations from the host and they gave some awesome things in the area. They were very quick on all of the responses ! We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again. Everything was wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We loved that it is a gated community. We also enjoyed the view of a beautiful golf course. Also being on ground level was a plus. Having the right tools in the kitchen was great! We loved the coffee service area and used that nice Instapot as well as the enameled cast iron pot for our family meal. Overall it was a great place for our family to gather. We definitely recommend this condo and would choose it again!

It was a very welcoming and comfortable place to stay for a week. Plenty of space for a family with 4 children to stay. Most our time there was eating and sleeping and It had everything we needed to do that. I do wish that the description was clear about the whole resort. It did state in the description about the pools and activities center. However it would have been nice to know that you don’t get the resort rate for a round of golf. It wasn’t a huge price difference but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Other than that. It was a great place and we had a great vacation

My mother and I went to Branson for a mother daughter trip. We had a really good time. The condo was clean, nice and comfortable. The check-in and checkout process was very nice also. The area was convenient to the Landing and the Branson strip. The only thing that could have improved are stay would be if they were blinds on the windows, and if the hot water heater was turned up, the temperature would be a little hotter.

Grand welcome was great originally we had the wrong gate code but as I was at the gate and asked them about the gate code they responded with a working one within minutes very fast. Cold air was leaking into the condo through the wall ac unit and within a few hours they have a service person to fix the issue the room was very nice the golf course is stunning nothing like stayin green side on the links my wife and son had an Amazing time and we look forward to stay again

Place was great!! Only things we noticed, the door handles on the bedrooms and bathroom/closet doors stuck and sometimes it took around 5 minutes to get out/get the door open. Also the water pressure was not great in the showers. Otherwise place was amazing and we will be back!

Just what we were looking for! Walk in bottom floor condo on the golf course, very peaceful. Golf carts go by as the unit backs up to the course. Clean, spacious and cozy! Grand welcome is friendly, very responsive and has everything set up to make the process easy. Easy drive to the landing and all the attractions! We greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again!

Not what we expected, totally blew our expectations through the roof. Very safe area, had no issues reaching the owner and their staff was super helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. It was stocked with what we needed inside the home. It has a pack-n-play for the little one which is a huge bonus for us because that’s less we have to pack. The games/puzzles were great as well. Nice clean place and we would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Condo had everything needed. Beds were very comfortable and close to all attractions.. very quiet till night time and kids would knock/ring doorbell and hit window then run off several times..when I turned porch light on they would stop.. other than that REALLY enjoyed our stay..

This is my #1 AirBnb I've stayed at. I've never seen an AirBnb so well stocked. The kitchen, tons of pillows, games, a ton of DVD's, etc. Super clean, nice and quiet, relaxing place. Minutes from downtown Branson. I cooked a meal everyday in this place and had everything I needed! My husband is a hard sell on these places, and he couldn't stop raving! A++++! Hosts are very responsive! I will always stay here when I come to the area in the future!

There is nothing fancy about this unit but it was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet but convenient to everything in Branson. The hosts were wonderful. They replied to any question right away. The only thing that might be a problem for someone is that there is no walk in shower. One shower is in the jetted tub and pretty hard to climb into if you’re short and not as limber as I used to be. The other is in a regular sized tub. Easier to maneuver. We had a great stay here.
