We had a great time! Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Our kids loved the board games. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful apartment! It is a great location. Some things to know: You need to be able to climb 2 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. The beds are extremely firm. If you have a bad back, this is not a good option for you.

Very responsive and helpful. Peaceful neighborhood and lots to do surrounding the area. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Would highly recommend to anyone!

This place was wonderful for our first visit to Missouri! We loved that the apartment was fully stocked with everything you could need, especially in the kitchen. We cook a lot, so having all the essentials was a plus! It was like home away from home! We would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The pictures do not do it justice as to how spacious and comfortable the place is, we felt right at home. Me and my boyfriend wanted a stay close to all the attractions in Branson, and it was perfect 5 min to the aquarium, museums, and popular restaurants. We will be back.

The property was great. The property had wonderful views of the hills, neighboring condos and Thousand Oaks golf course. The propertty was a short distance from the strip which made it nice for last minute adventures. The only real issue we found was with the master bedroom. There are some uneven areas of the flooring that made noise when walking across to exit the room or enter the bathroom. The master bed was very noisy getting in and out of bed. If you have anyone thats a light sleeper, this may be an issue. The toilet paper was not the best but if your not particular about this, than it wont be an issue. I have 3 ladies in the house and they all said the toilet paper could be upgraded.

Myself, wife and daughter enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well located, easy to get anywhere we wanted to go.Clean, well equipped and quiet. Our only down side was a fairly new hip replacement and bad knees had to negotiate too many steps. Otherwise, well pleased.

There were a few housekeeping issues upon arrival. Did not get to watch tv except a short while on 1st day. There was an issue with wifi connections, which the owners tried to fix, but it was unsuccessful. Overall I did get to relax and enjoyed my stay. I have stayed at the Foothills multiple times in the past. I love the location. It is just minutes from everything.

Great location, enjoyed our stay. Patio overlooks a fairly busy street so not very quiet. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

The heat was not working and it was 64 degrees inside. Turned in the fireplace to help warm the place, but easily contacted maintenance and they fixed it right away

Upon arrival I found this property had not been managed. The WiFi would not connect. After a long communication with the manger I discovered he had provided me with the incorrect password. He blamed it on no one informing him of a change. Isn’t he the manager? The the thermostat had dead batteries so the property was very cold. I could not leave to buy batteries because I was alone with my daughter who was already asleep for the night. Nothing was done to correct the issue until the next day. The ice machine and refrigerator door water were flashing a red warning light. This issue had also been ignored. They had to send a man to replace the filter. All of these issues should have been addressed and managed BEFORE the condo was rented. The manager disagreed with me and said someone had walked through the property right before I arrived and that was good enough. He did not seem to think it was his job to prevent problems, just respond to them when I pointed them out. Doesn’t that make me the manager and him the 3rd party handy-man scheduler? I would not stay here again. There are so many wonderfully managed condos in Branson. This is not one.
