Pondview Cityscape - Best of Branson!

This condo was absolutely perfect. Very clean and spacious but still extremely cozy. Great view and the patio was adorable. They even decorated for Christmas with a tree and all. The couch and beds were so comfortable and the sheets and towels were soft. The shower in the main bedroom will change your life. I need to find that shower head for my house! The kitchen is also stocked with absolutely anything you could ever need. Can opener, scissors, measuring cups, muffin tins, pizza pans, cutting boards. They even have crock pot! What? I will be back and if you don’t stay here, you are missing out.

The inside of the building was as described the pictures. Do show a true picture of what the home looks like in a very safe neighborhood. I was not worried about the neighborhood at all. The space was comfortable it fit our party of seven. It was nice that there were two bathrooms always that’s a bonus. There was a small washer and dryer, and all the amenities as described it was comfy and I would stay here again

This was a great place to stay. Off the stripe so it was peaceful at night but close enough to everything you would want. The place was roomie so it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. It had the basic necessities to cook- which was nice! They were very responsive and checked in on us during our stay(by text). The only thing it needed was perhaps a vacuum on the carpet floor. It looked clean, but if you sat on it my clothes had glitter and a little bit of hair on it. However, everything was great. They did have a vacuum in one of the closets. It made a perfect 2 day stay! We had 3 teens with us. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The condo was comfortable and we loved the option of 2 queen beds as well as the king bed. Coffee in the mornings out on the screen porch felt like we were not in the middle of town but we were minutes away from everything. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were handled right away and communication was quick when we needed it.

We had a wonderful time overall! The only hiccup was when we went to play cornhole and noticed quite a bit of dog mess in the tall grass. Also, it would have been nice to have some coffee creamer available. Other than those little things, it was a fantastic place to enjoy!

Perfect location if you want to be close to the main strip but no stay on the strip and be able to avoid all that traffic. We enjoyed our stay.

The pictures were exactly what you get. I saw complaints about the upstairs unit, we had no noise coming from above us our whole stay. Very clean place!

We did not expect to do some of the clean up work....like take trash to the dumpster and start the laundry. Often the messages received came across as rude - very impersonal. The drain in the two bed bathroom shower drained very slowly......we fixed that for you. The toilet seat in the same bathroom needs replaced.... We've never been told to provide our own toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and dish washing liquid. There was no working fireplace and another 28 early arrival per hour? I doubt we will use your services in the future.

We arrived to a very welcoming atmosphere - lamps on, temp set just right, and ambient music playing. We ran into some issues with the cleanliness of the bedding, but those issues were resolved in a pleasant and quick manner. All in all it was a good experience.

The condo matched the description in the listing. They had everything we needed for our stay and it had plenty of space. You will hear the people above you and if you like to snuggle up with a blanket to watch tv, bring your own!

Overall our stay was really nice. There’s just a couple kinks that need to be worked out. First, this is a great location and peaceful vibe (unless noisy people above). Fun family games, nice sunroom porch, and has a relaxing feel with the decor. On the downside, My first email was never answered. Had to contact again the day of the trip, but that reply was quick. Second, we were never sent check in instructions until we called and emailed (I double checked texts, junk email and deleted folder). The last issue was the hot water for the jetted tub. Hot water runs out before even covering the jets so no enjoyable bath unless you like to sit in a puddle and splash yourself. Lol. Strangely enough- hot water works great for just a shower and did not run out. I think they will work out the communication glitches with time since this is a newly renovated listing. But the hot water for the jet tub needs some work. Overall totally worth it.

This immaculately maintained property was peaceful but not too far from the main strip and all the entertainment. Our family enjoyed staying here and will likely return for future trips. The GPS changed the address, which led to confusion upon arriving, but in the end, it brought us to the exact location.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was great for families with young kids as it has plenty of rooms and bathrooms and the patio was perfect for adult time. Will definitely be back!

Overall, it was a decent stay. One of the beds, had hair under the flat sheet and crumbs. A few towels had some stains, I personally would not keep those. It would be nice if the property provided regular sugar, not everyone uses substitute sugar. The second bathroom did not have a shower liner so water got all over the bathroom floor. Providing Kleenex would be nice, instead of using up the toilet paper. The worse part of the stay was the upstairs unit stays up until 2-3 am nightly and is constantly stomping and dragging furniture around. It was hard to sleep. The beds and pillows were comfortable. One of the nights was really cold in the master bedroom. The location was very convenient and the kitchen utensils were adequate. The property is nicely decorated but is very dated. Nice touch having board games available.

Location was great, just off the strip enough to avoid traffic and noise but close enough to only be a few minutes from everything. Beds were comfy enough, plenty of pillows as well.Pros:Close to all major attractionsHad all the immenities, washer dryer (although super small, even for 4 people. Enough to wash maybe 2 towels and a couple shirts at a time)Full size fridge and working stove, all clean.All dishes were provided along with pots and pans (no spatula, which was weird).Parking lot wasnt busy and we parked right next to our spot. Small playground next to us was fine for the little one, but the pool was not for guests.Cons:Moldy walls in one bathroom, toilet struggled to flush and the seat was loose in the other bathroom.Poker chips left out but no cards lolDvd player in the living room was missing the power cord and the star wars case was missing the dvd, not the end of the world.Internet was pretty poor, ended up using our hot spot just to watch tv.Small washer and dryer, highly recommend to bring extra towels because you'll be doing mutiple loads every day just to wash towels.Overall the location was great and the beds were soft and comfy. Just needed a deep clean and walls scrubbed.

Safety problem with the back door, toilet runs, bathroom wall issues, upstairs tenants very loud late at night. Owners to unit very fast and responsive with messages. We locked ourselves out and they got us back in in minutes. Great experience with owners .

We enjoyed our time at the condo. The location worked well for the activities we planned attending. The condo could have been cleaned better. Random fruit snacks were on the floor near the main slider and hair on the sides of tub and in the bathroom floor.

The condo was very nice. If you like golf, this is a good place to stay. It has everything you could need or want. The condo I had chosen was canceled two days before our trip and this place was a last minute replacement. You have to walk up about 14 steps to get to the condo and that was a little much for us. Parking was not ideal.
