Golf Course Escape - Resort Amenities

The condo was spacious and fit our needs for a family of 5. Great location, easy access to golf course and club house. Had breakfast at the clubhouse grill, it was very good.

The condo was good. The discounted golf was good. Parking was AWFUL. We were to have 2 spots. The first two nights we were able to get a spot to park, but it was full. The third night we had to park along a curb a distance from our unit. Several cars in the area in front of our unit did not have the papers in the window that indicated they were supposed to be parking there. We called the gate house but they did nothing. I messaged the host company and they just apologized. Apologizing didn't fix the problem. We were not late arriving that evening-we just returned from an evening show.

Celebrated Father's Day with all of the amenities at Pointe Royale. Golfing and swimming were great. We loved the restaurant on site! Silver Dollar City is very close. Enjoyed every minute of our time there.

My self, wife, daughter, and grandkids really liked our stay in the large condo, outside of the squeeky floors and a couple of doors (which comes with age, just listen to my knees) our stay was a strong 4 1/2 stars, I am somewhat disabled and climbing up all the staps was challenging. The communication was excellent, there were plenty of towels, soap, and even games for the kids. Would recommend this place and "Grand Welcome" anytime. PS: the golf course next to the complex was challenging and beautiful, too bad my score didn't meet my expectations.

Great location furnishings were adequate though sparse 2 king beds were great and hosts were courteous and responsive however the parking was full there was mold in the closet going into the bathroom not sufficiently stocked i.e. no sugar/cream for coffee pods keurig coffee maker did not work no Kleenex very little toiletries in bathroom for 4 guests no ceiling fans tubs were dirty hair in sinks and drawers internet in living didn’t work well. Probably need a Reno of the carpet. Actually paid 25 more a night 2 months ago for a fully remodeled condo next door.

Host are very fast to respond, space was clean and comfortable. If you have knee or back problems this is a 3rd floor condo so lots of stairs, also it is very hard to get in and out of the master bathroom shower or tub bc it is a jetted tub and a very big step to get in and out didn’t work out well for me had a accident while getting out so be very careful. It really was a nice quiet place, I would recommend it for people who don’t have problems climbing stairs or getting in and out of a very large step bathtub.

Plenty of space for our family of 4 and 2 dogs to fully enjoy our long stay. The beds are comfortable. Very spacious ensuite with a large closet & laundry room. Lots of places to sit, relax and enjoy the surrounding woods. We saw deer roaming everyday. Its in a very nice secluded location. We were staying due to construction happening at our home, but this place felt like a vacation.

Walked in to a property that was very clean. The temperature was set to a comfortable range, and they even had nice relaxing music on the TV's. This is the second time that we have stayed in this particular community, and we love it there. An issue we had on property was quickly resolved, and the local management team was great! The amenities here are great, and we can't wait to go back!

This condo was perfect for our Branson stay as a home base for the wedding we were attending. Spacious, clean and comfortable.

We love this area and have stayed at many condos here. This one was a little worn out but we love the 2 bedroom/2 bath setup. Luckily, there were 2 bathrooms since one bathroom didn't work when we arrived and wasn't fixed until 9pm the next night (and we left the morning after that). Could use some blackout curtains in back bedroom and we found both beds pretty uncomfortable. Good price, but could use some updates.

Love Pointe Royale! Great location, nice property. Check-in process was below my expectations as Grand Welcome (property manager) was reluctant to allow an early check-in (i.e. between 2 - 3 pm)... even though the property was not rented / occupied a few days before our arrival. Initial person I spoke with in customer service disconnected the line when I was having problems understanding her. Keyless entry code sent in the email communication was incorrect... had to contact local support group for help once we arrived. Local support group was very helpful. 888 number client relations folks did not meet expectations. Only one person from the 888 client relations area (Karen) was helpful.

The property was clean and seemed well maintained. The appliances were dated but clean. We brought most of our meals with us to be cooked there at the property. The only issue we ran into was there are no oven mits or pot holders for hot items coming out of the oven.

Stayed here for a couple of days. The communication was great from the management company. Very easy checkin processThe condo was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Beds were nice. Also, within walking distance to the pool and hot tub.Would definitely stay here again.
