Or, if you book the sister unit next door (Time Traveler Suite), the private balconies connect for even more space and dining options. In the cooler months or evenings, gather around the electric fireplace and enjoy a movie or catch up on your reading list. No matter where you turn, Best of Branson offers the ultimate relaxation experience.

After enjoying all the excitement within Branson city and surrounding areas, you will feel right at home relaxing in the cozy living room with ample sofa and seating options and smart TV. Cook a delicious meal in the beautiful kitchen equipped with modern appliances and cookware, with a chic dining room table with seating for 4 at the table and 2 at the bar.

This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full-size futon sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors open from the bedroom right onto the home’s balcony.

Bedroom #2 has a king-size bed, tv, electric fireplace, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- These are walk-up units with 12 stair steps required to reach the entrance. There is no elevator access.
- Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- Washer and dryer in-unit.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building, including decks and stairways. Please note that guests will be charged a fee of $500 plus mitigation costs if there is found evidence of smoking.
- The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

This home is located near all of Branson’s popular attractions, just minutes from Silver Dollar City, and a short walk from the shores of Table Rock Lake. With tons to explore nearby, Eagle’s Nest Resort is a quiet escape among the nature of the Ozarks with many onsite amenities of its own: seasonal outdoor pool, kids’ playground, nature trails, tennis court, basketball court, BBQ and picnic area. Make the most of your close proximity to Table Rock Lake with nearby boat launch, boat rentals, fishing tackle, and professional guide services. A great place to stay off the main strip in Branson. Clean and well kept. Unfortunately these buildings have poor insulation and the family staying above us with kids who liked jumping and playing sounded like they were going to come thru the ceiling. The ceiling fan was rocking. Kids should be able to play without disturbing the neighbors, but we finally had to say something to them after three hours of the pounding above us. Otherwise- our stay was great.

The room was pretty close to being exactly like the pictures. The upstairs neighbors were very noisy but that is no fault of Grand Welcome. We only had one issue while we were there. It was on our departure day and was quickly seen to and handled by Grand Manor. The staff that I communicated with were very quick to respond and followed up with me after we left. My only complaints were the doors squeak and we had some issues with the internet staying connected but it isn’t enough of a complaint to keep me from staying here again. Over all it was a great stay for us!

This condo was nicely decorated and clean. We were welcomed with soothing music playing through the TVs as we entered which set a relaxation tone much needed. The bed and bedding was soft and comfortable. The location is great to be away from the strip and for a visit to SDC. Our communication with the host was excellent! We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely recommend.

The condo is in a great location. The space was clean with good supplies. The beds were comfortable and we appreciate the close, convenient parking. The location going into SDC is great. We were in and out of SDC parking lot faster, coming from the opposite direction than most. We were given the wrong door code twice, but they immediately responded to text so there wasn’t much of a delay. There were some concerning maintenance issues. We didn’t report these until after leaving because we were not comfortable having maintenance come while we there (only girls), or while we were out. The fridge did not cool. Small ants were all over the counter and even made way into the fridge. The washing machine would not finish a load without coming off balance. It was very loud and I’m sure woke the neighbors at times. There was also a mold spot on the bathroom ceiling and a broken door knob. We made do and reported these issues as soon as we left. If they are addressed I would recommend it.

It was a great location and beautiful and well kept up and managed facility! Pool was wonderful. Only issue I had is we were on a long trip to pick up a car on a trailer. The description said roadside parking (could have been my own misdirection) but they don’t allow trailers onto the resort. So had to find last minute arrangements for my trailer. Regardless I was very pleased with everything they had and recommended.

If you are going to Silver Dollar City this is the place to stay. Skip the long lines to get to parking since you will be coming from the opposite direction. You can even see a roller coaster from the parking lot. Nice place!

The condo was as described and fit our family of 4 well! We did have one minor hiccup where the washer leaked into the kitchen. The maintenance man came within a couple hours and worked on the washer and saw something on the door wasn’t right so he fixed that too! The area was beautiful and we would likely be back in the summer when the pool is open.

Host was very responsive and overall we enjoyed our stay and the location. Getting there and getting in was simple. We enjoyed being close to the water and the walking trails near by. It was stocked with all the essentials needed for an extended weekend. Though we didn’t need it I thought it was nice the unit had a pack-n-play crib and a high chair. We were dissatisfied with the cleanliness. We could not walk around barefoot as it would leave our feet filthy. When checking under the furniture and beds during checkout you could see the dust piled up. There was not any hand soap in any of the dispensers either. Without bath mats in the bathrooms we had to use towels to keep the floor from getting wet. With small children 2 regular towels and 2 very small towels were not sufficient for our stay, even doing laundry. We appreciated the quiet hours as we tend go to bed early. However the walls to the adjacent unit were lacking sound control, we could hear our neighbor snoring.

Love the location! Great for a weekend away. Didn't give 5 stars because of a few issues we ran into, some of the issues were NOT at fault to the owners of the unit. However water pressure was not great at all, very difficult to take a shower and use sinks. Unit has alot of wear and tear but we didn't mind. We did find some hair in the shower and leftover used bandaid from previous guests but the beds were clean as well as most of the unit. Location is 10/10 very beautiful and was nice heading the train from SDC 😁. When we did have an issue the response time was very quick and helpful.
