- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. A sliding glass door opens from the bedroom right onto the home’s screened-in balcony.
- Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.

- 2 parking spaces are provided, available on a first come first serve basis.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.(No gym or clubhouse access)
