Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and a wheelchair-accessible ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and separate walk-in shower and jetted tub.
Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV.
The home also includes an additional guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles – 1 in front of the garage and 1 between the garages.Parking passes are required. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.
On day of arrival all guests will receive a message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! Maximum of 1 pet at or under 35lbs allowed. A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after them.
- Community pools open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
-Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
- This is a walk-in unit – no steps leading into the home.
