We loved our stay! The place is located in a beautiful and safe resort, within walking distance to the pool (as long as you don't mind waking up a hill) and playground. The rooms were clean and spacious, and our two little girls loved the back screened porch and the toys provided by the host. The condo has everything a family would need, such as a high chair, pack n play, sippy cups, a basketball, and foldable chairs. It was also just a short drive to Branson's main attractions. We will definitely be back!

We had an enjoyable stay! The kids loved the fact that board games/games were provided so they wouldn’t get bored. I took a star away because there was visible blood left on the table from a previous tenant, and questionable spots on the comforter. Kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, pots, pans, plates, etc. It did get hot quite a few times because they had a weird cooling/heating schedule which we were able to adjust after figuring it out our second day. The area is quiet which is nice-the pools are great, and there’s a cute stream down the hill with a park for the kiddos. All in all, we’ll definitely be back-even after the little hiccups, it was totally worth it! Word to the wise though-buy your groceries and all of your needs outside of the strip! Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome set up for the 8 of us. Felt right at home and Grand Welcome thought of everything. Wonderful place for family to gather!! Bonus: We loved being so close to the lake! The lake and club house are both walkable however the lake is closer. Highly recommend!!

Had everything we needed to cook meals for 7, extra blankets, lots of games, smart tv's in each room, and nice little touches! Overall very pleased with our stay and the responsiveness of the owners was TOP NOTCH! Unfortunately the hired cleaning crew did a terrible job prepping for our stay. Kitchen had rodent feces in drawers, cabinets, on floor, and counters. Most dishware and utensils were dirty and needed washing prior to use. Kitchen towels and several bath towels were dirty and the ceiling fan above the bunk hadn't been cleaned in months--was dropping chunks of dust onto my son's bed. On the plus side, the owners were extremely responsive! They sent maintenance within 2 hours of notification and all issues were resolved!! Would stay there again and recommend to others.

This place worked great for our family of 4. We appreciated the board games, pool noodles, high chair, etc that was provided in the condo. Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including plastic cups/dishes for kids. There was a playground and trail by the river that you could easily walk to from this unit. We also enjoyed the indoor pool at the clubhouse. The only downside was more of a personal inconvenience…the loft bedroom opened into the living room so if we were up later than our oldest, the lights/tv/talking disturbed him. Overall we were very pleased with the unit and process of renting with Grand Welcome. We will definitely stay in Point Royale when visiting Branson again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. I loved being right by the river and having a beautiful place to walk our dogs. The people were friendly and helpful. I would love to bring my family back in the spring. The screened in porch was great too. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch with the dogs. Also the location was very convenient to town and all the things we wanted to do!

Best experience with an Airbnb. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. The home was gorgeous and roomy, kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of, had folding chairs, games, pool noodles, plenty of towels. Everything was simply wonderful. We enjoyed a family Christmas together with all our family.

The 3 bedrooms were all very comfortable, with extra beds! we lived that there were a bathroom for each couple. Spacious living room, the master bedroom was really nice, the views are great. nice place to take walks, and we lived going to Dogwood Canyan, and Top of the Rock restaurant, beautiful places to visit.

The condo was a great place to stay. It was very comfortable and cozy. Had extras for the kids to do in the condo and they enjoyed the beds. We are going to keep looking the. up when we are in the Branson area. Great value for the money spent!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property for 9 nights and could not have been happier. The condo was just as described and more. We were pleased to find any other amenities not listed. The kitchen has great appliances, beds were comfortable, water pressure in the bathrooms was good, and the place was spotless. We loved being close the the hiking trail, clubhouse, and pool at Point Royale. We had a delightful stay and would choose to stay here again.

Clean, comfortable place. Everything was as described, and it was adequately stocked with the necessities for our week-long stay. I especially enjoyed the screened-in balcony, overlooking the golf course. It was very peaceful. My one small complaint would be that the blind on the front bedroom window did not close all the way, due to an AC unit in the window. Overall, nice place and would recommend it.

We were very pleased with our stay. The listing description and pictures were spot on. The king size bed was super comfy. Plenty of everything you need in the kitchen. Bathrooms stocked with lots of towels. Comfy living room furniture. We were gone every day most of the day but while we were there we enjoyed how quite it is. Really enjoyed drinking our morning coffee out on the screened in back porch watching the golfers. Super close to the lake, easy walk to. Great location easy to get around. If I had to find one thing that could be improved on, it would only be room darkening curtains in the two downstairs bedrooms. But that is the only thing I would change. Would stay here again.

Girls weekend 2025 was a success. Our stay at Caddy Shack was great. Our condo was very clean and had the number of beds we needed. We felt safe staying in a gated community.

The house was great and perfect for our family of 6. The house had everything we needed. The community was nice and quiet. We were located outside Branson but close enough that everything we wanted to do was within 15 minutes from us. The host sent messages with info we needed. The only issue we noticed was the master bath sink was slow to drain and the water heater may need work as hot water ran out fast. Other than that it was a perfect place to stay and we would stay there again!

This condo was spacious for 6 adults we didn't feel crowded at all.. loved the screened in balcony perfect spot for my morning coffee and fresh air.. this spot was nice and quiet walking distance to the lake and walking trail..we truly loved it we will def be coming back to stay again

The property was nice with lots of room and a good location. Super quick responses from the owners. The only downside was this air conditioning unit in the bedroom with the hose going out the window. It was a bit noisy.

Overall our stay was good. There was a few very minor things. The air conditioning in 2 of the 3 bedrooms wasn't the best. It was like portable air units in those 2 rooms and the one in the loft area was very noisy and was on constantly. The carpet seemed to maybe needed to be cleaned. Also there was a light bulb over the table that was out when we arrived We didn't report either of those because we didn't think there was anything they could do about the air and the bulb was a minor thing. Otherwise everything was ok.

The condo was GORGEOUS and fit the 9 of us PERFECTLY. We love the sunroom and the games they have for us to play! The coffee maker leaked water, and they sent a new one within 10 minutes! Amazing service!
