Perhaps best of all, you are situated just one mile from electric Silver Dollar City, an Ozark-themed amusement park that packs fun for all ages. You may even be able to hear the coasters right from your balcony! On the short 20-minute drive toward downtown Branson, you’ll pass several additional exciting attractions such as the Titanic Museum, Aquarium at the Boardwalk, and Dolly Parton’s Stampede just to name a few. It’s truly a destination you’ll never want to leave!
Inside this updated condo, comfortable furnishings are paired with elegant décor, maximizing your comfort while surrounding you in style. The living room offers plush sofa and armchair bathed in natural light courtesy of the large windows and door leading out onto the balcony. A large, mounted smart TV and electric fireplace are ready to host a cozy movie night streaming all of your favorites. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, drip coffee maker, and cabinets stocked with all the comforts of home. Enjoy meals seated together at the dining room table with room for 6, also the perfect spot for a friendly game night. To soak in as much of that fresh Ozark air as you can, head back onto the balcony for tranquil views while you sip on your cup of morning coffee.
This home can accommodate up to 10 guests between 2 private bedrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and 2 additional foldable queen and full size foam mattresses located in the closet, great for kids.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, Jacuzzi bathtub, and glass walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking available for up to 2 vehicles – first come, first served.
• This is a walk-down unit. Stairs are required - about 16 steps with no elevator
• Communal outdoor pool and facilities are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
