This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen-size bed, smart TV with cable, and en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen-size beds, a cable TV, and en-suite bathroom with 2 vanities and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #3 includes a king-size bed, smart TV with cable, electric fireplace, deck access, and en-suite bathroom with a dual vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Additional kitchen appliances: Drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, waffle maker, and electric skillet.
• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.
• Community pools open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
• Amenities pass will be provided via text at 3:00 pm CST on the day of arrival.
• This is a 3rd-floor unit with 16 steps leading to the front door. No elevator available.
