The unit was exactly as described. Clean and well-stocked. The surrounding area felt safe and was walkable to bars and restaurants, as well as a grocery store. Great views of the lake. Plenty of parking.

Clean accommodations and a beautiful view! Handy to have a washer and dryer for lake towels/swimsuits, and nice to have an oven to make cinnamon rolls in the morning.

Overall a nice condo for our needs, beds were comfortable. If you have more than 5-6 it is crowded for dinners due to the kitchen and dining space. The outdoor sitting is wonderful for overflow for meals, it was just 98 degrees and too hot to sit out there in the evening during our trip. But at any other time of the year, it would be perfect. The views were wonderful in this condo and quiet in our actual condo and walking around the complex.

Overall we had a decent stay but I cannot say it was worth the price we paid. The view was beautiful, and the water got nice and cold and it was updated for the most part. You can tell the change in ownership between the groups of condos because the grass is overgrown, siding is coming off in places. The beds were not very comfortable, there was an EXCESS of bugs and the AC unit also struggled. The pin pad to get in the door gets stuck really easily. The bath towels were stained. The outdoor community pool was also FILTHY. Cute place, but not worth the price tag.

The most frustrating part about receiving a review that’s clearly misleading and out of context is that not a single one of your “concerns” was ever brought to our team during your stay. That’s what makes this especially unfortunate. Still, I’d like to take a moment to address your claims directly. First, no—the towels were not stained. Our cleaning team and inspectors confirmed this, and we follow a 40-point checklist before every reservation. At no point was any concern reported to us. We also checked the lock—it’s working exactly as it should. The pool is clean and well-maintained. Regarding bugs—if you’re referring to those outdoors, that’s a normal part of staying near the lake here in Branson, Missouri. As for the A/C, please note that in temperatures exceeding 100°, even a properly functioning system can take time to keep up. Had any of these concerns been brought to our staff during your stay, we would have been more than happy to address them immediately. It’s unfortunate we weren’t given that opportunity.

A beautiful setting over the lake. The bedroom, bathroom , and dining area porch were stunning views. The place was clean and very easy to find. We also enjoyed the pool, pickle ball courts, and basketball. Would definitely stay here again. Host was friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond.

We would have loved this condo more had we known there was construction surrounding the complex. We brought our boat with the expectation of using the dock and boat slips within the complex, yet were unable to use them due to the construction, which we were not notified about. We feel we were somewhat scammed with the amenities within the complex. The condo itself was clean and views were great.

This condo was in a perfect location for our 5 day visit to Branson and its surrounding areas. We enjoyed the great views of Table Rock Lake from both balconies. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Great value for the cost. Very pleased with our stay. Location was a bit difficult to find, but because of major construction in the area (no fault of the hosts). During our stay, the host communicated promptly about potential water service interruptions, which had us worried. But we never experienced any water shortages, so it turned out well. The view and amenities were exactly as promised. Supermarket and fuel are extremely close to the property, which is very convenient. Restaurants nearby are lacking, but that isn't the host's fault. Expect to drive 20-30 minutes to most major attractions. We understood that when booking. Overall, very happy with our stay and we would book with this host again in the future.

My husband and I stayed here and LOVED it. The lakefront view was beautiful, just as shown in pictures, better even! The place was clean and had everything that we needed. The neighborhood seemed friendly and there was plenty to do and find in this town. We liked that it wasn’t an over crowded area but that it wasn’t a long drive away to Bransons well known areas. Our only complaint is that the bedroom screen door was off its tracks so we were unable to leave the bedroom balcony door open without bugs getting in. We definitely plan to stay here again!!

We would stay at this peaceful condo again. There was plenty of space. The views are beautiful. You could choose to stay in town and get everything you need, or you can drive 20-30 minutes to Branson attractions.

We have stayed with Grand Welcome 2 years in a row on our family vacations and both times they have exceeded expectations as a host. I highly recommend staying with Grand Welcome!! This time, specifically, I asked if this location had a pack&play for our toddler before we got there. I was informed it did not so we planned to pack our own. Later that evening, they reached out again to inform me that they went and got a brand new pack&play and dropped it off at the condo for us to use. I was so shocked and touched that they did that! We had a great stay. The condo was clean and cozy with absolutely beautiful views! The only issue we had with this condo was when the front door is locked, it locks on the outside but not on the inside. So it was very easy for our toddler to open the front door even when it was locked. Surely this could be a simple fix with a chain or bolt lock. Everything else was great!

We enjoyed our stay. We had plans off property quite a bit but liked our location. Easy access to local food, gas, coffee, groceries. Right on the lake. Beautiful views. Enjoyed the deck each morning. We didn’t have a boat this trip but would feel good staying here with it.

Checking in was easy. Access code became available exacting when promised. And Harter House Grocery store was convenient for our food needs. Condo kitchen had everything we needed. Including a wonderful view from both balconies and kitchen table. Wonderful place to spend our anniversary at!

Needs a little TLC. Front door lock needs to be replaced with a new lock that includes a deadbolt. We barricaded the front door so we wouldn't worry about it while sleeping. Also, master bath toilet didnt flush properly. I think the guts in the tank need to be replaced. We loved everything else about our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lakeside VRBO! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The views of the lake were awesome!The hosts were responsive, thoughtful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We’d definitely stay here again!

Very nicely decorated condo, fully stocked, plenty of towels, even coffee! Beautiful pool area, we enjoyed both balconies. Cons: limited tv access, no local or national channels, in the midst of football season we found that frustrating. Shoreline overgrown with weeds, dead trees and branches, unmowed grass, which detracted from the beautiful view.

We had such an amazing 28th Anniversary, packed with lots of activities and relaxation. The condo was exactly what we were looking for and exactly as listed. We were right on Table Rock Lake with amazing sunset views. We spent a day at Silver Dollar City, shopping at Branson Landing, fly fishing at Lake Taneycomo, shopping at the Outlet mall in Branson, bass fishing at Table Rock Lake, and finished out the week with a two hour couples massage at Spa O2. The condo was so clean and comfortable and so nicely decorated. The balconies were nice to sit and watch the sunset over the lake. It is a very peaceful place that is close to lots of activities and restaurants. We will definately be back!

The host was very responsive. It was a lovely little condo with a beautiful view. We had breakfast out in the covered deck each morning to savor in that view. We would definitely book again.

This place has one of the best views of Table Rock Lake that I have ever experienced! It has plenty of space for a family of 5. Our two daughters slept on the bunk bed and our son slept on the pull out sofa bed. We loved the two balconies and the electric fireplace! The main bedroom was roomy, and the ensuite bathroom was very nice (first time having a bathroom with its own sliding door to a balcony). I do recommend that if you are using the ensuite bathroom at night to keep in mind that the curtain is a bit see through when the light is on, and if someone is on the balcony they will be able to see you. I would have preferred to have a curtain like the one in the bedroom for the bathroom as well, to provide more privacy. The wifi did go in and out at times...It seemed to have problems if more than one device was using it while the TV was on. The coffee station was very nice to have and we used it every morning. The kitchen table does extend out to accommodate 5-6 people. If you are bringing your own food you will need to bring your own condiments like ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc. They do have salt and pepper. The furniture was comfortable, and we slept comfortably in the beds. We were able to use the indoor heated pool on our last full day here, and it was very clean and did not have an overwhelming smell of chlorine. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider booking here again.

This property was well kept and well stocked with everything we needed. We cooked, played games provided in the condo, hung out on the balcony enjoying the view of the lake, and swam in the indoor pool. There’s a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and coffee! The beds were comfy, and water pressure was nice with plenty of hot water for the family to use each night. The host was very friendly and responsive, even when we messaged them on a holiday. We loved this location and will absolutely come back.

Perfect location, for our winter trip. Close to Branson and Big Cedar Lodge for our day trips. Close to grocery stores and dinning. They views were great.
