THINGS TO NOTE:
• This cabin is a walkdown unit that requires 5 steps to the front door.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required by the HOA with a mandatory parking fee of $5 per car per night, to be paid to the resort upon check-in at the Welcome Center (closes at 10 PM). For reservations beginning January 1, 2026, this fee will increase to $7.00 per night, per vehicle.
• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 pet, 30 lbs. or less allowed. An additional flat pet fee of $125 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• Community pools open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
