Branson Sunny Daze - Sleeps 4

Overall clean and decent place to stay especially for the price! What the description & pictures don’t say: it’s on the bottom floor but below ground, so you have 3 sets of steps to climb. You can also hear the people above walking around. The air units for this condo and the neighbor are right outside the bedroom window, so if you need quite to sleep this is not for you. The bedroom curtain is one panel instead of two and doesn’t cover the entire window for privacy. The bathroom clear curtain had pink scum and needed to have been replaced. The shower head had no pressure and needed cleaned. But for the price it was a very decent place to stay and we had a very easy arrival & departure. I would stay at the resort again, but would choose a different unit.

I came to Branson for a fishing tournament. I found this place that was considerably cheaper and more secure than a hotel parking lot. Full kitchen meant I didn’t have to eat out. Clean, quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended. I will be back!

Nice location with respect to everything in Branson with a quiet surrounding. Maybe I missed this when booking the AIRBNB but the couch was a sectional versus a sofa sleeper. I would recommend it for children not necessarily for an adult(s). I reported a couple of things to the management company that I suggested they should address.

Nice getaway before the chaos of back to school starts! Condo was clean, easy to find and check-in was a breeze. Listing was exactly what we booked. The first night we had a hard time sleeping due to the light coming in from the neighbors outdoor light. Contacted the host to share for future guests and within minutes they had put up a curtain in the bedroom! We were completely surprised and very pleased with the response. This will always be hands down one of the kindest gestures, as we didn't expect anything. We highly recommend this place and these hosts! We will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Branson staying here. It is convenient to all the attractions, yet far enough away that the environment is relaxed and peaceful. The unit had everything we needed to be comfortable for our entire stay. In addition, we felt safer due to the gated entrance. Five stars!

The comforter smelled of dog. The bed was advertised as a king but was a full. With all that being said, Grand Welcome did give us some money back. They were apologetic and they tried to make it right. I’ve stayed with Grand Welcome and will stay with them again as they always try to accommodate our needs and have great customer service and prompt response.

Location was great, private, and on the golf course, 10 minutes down from the strip where everything is, room was nice. the bed was stated as a king but was actually a full size and the comforter had stains on it. the pull out sofa was a little better.

The place was as advertised and owners answered questions promptly. This condo is just down the hill from all the amenities. Very nice and quiet community, close to everything in Branson, without staying in Branson. Kitchen is very well stocked with appliances to use.

The commutation was great and friendly. I would totally book again through this company. The place we stayed in was walking distance to all the amenities. We enjoyed our time there.

This place was absolutely lovely! It's burrowed inside a golfing community just off of Highway 165, which was a great location to be able to go out and see plenty of the sights in a refreshingly short amount of time. I definitely recommend this spot as a nice and welcoming place to enjoy Branson for a while!

The condo was well furnished and located in a gated community. The neighboring tenants were surprisingly quiet which was great. Our only issue was with the bed. It was VERY firm, almost like lying on the floor. We toughed it out on the bed but did not sleep well. Overall, we still enjoyed the stay.

Attention to detail. Lights were left on for us. Relaxing music playing. Had everything we needed. Clean and adequately stocked. However, only choose this condo if you like a VERY firm mattress. (made my ribs sore) Also the AC Condensers are next to the bedroom window as are 2 bright lights shining on that window. Needless to say, sleeping there was a challenge.

Beautiful place to rent while in Branson. The place looked just like the photos and you hardly get that anywhere! Very nice and modern. The condo had just about everything we needed. It was very clean and felt cozy. We would definitely stay again!

We had a nice Branson stay in this home! It appeared just as listed in the photos. The home is within walking distance to the pool, hot tub and clubhouse. We enjoyed having the restaurant options close. The living room sofa bed was a bit hard to figure out, as it wasn’t the typical pull out bed we were expecting, but the kids didn’t seem to mind! The house had everything we needed and the host was great at communicating!

The bed was very comfy. But the bedroom door got stuck and would not close all the way. Room was easily accessible and the area was quiet. However, we booked this room for 4 people. Luckily, we brought our small cot for my younger child. Because my teenager had to sleep on the couch. Not the pull out couch that's claimed to be included. What's listed as a pull out, is like an uneven part of the couch that's pulled out, so your feet can somewhat rest on it. More like in it. Do not plan for 2 pple to be able to sleep on the couch. The restroom was mostly nice. There was not enough hot water at once, to fill up the tub. The water pressure through the shower head was super weak, could barely rinse my long hair out. Ended up taking a half bath. The pools and hot tub are not near the rooms. They're in a totally separate building that you have to drive to, across the property. There are ports to charge devices on the couch...that do not work. The wifi router is in the bedroom and is taking up the plug in for one side of the bed. My kiddo had to crawl under the bed, to plug in a charger for that side. The kitchen was fully stocked. However, the toaster would not work correctly. The elements were messed up and burned the toast. The deck was pretty and was nice to sit out on. There were plenty of board games to play. And lots of towels to keep us going. The dishwasher, fridge, disposal worked great. Check in was easy. Would probably not stay again, though.

Great location in Branson and wonderful accommodations. Very comfortable to spend time relaxing on the couch watching a movie or drinking coffee on the deck. The gated community was quiet and secure. Easy check in and check out process.

This was a beautiful rental! My mom, my sister and I rented this unit for a girl's trip. It was perfect! It was clean, beautiful, and perfectly located! We would definitely stay her again!

The villa was great! We really enjoyed coming back to the villa after our days of adventuring. So quiet and relaxing. Multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy a glass of wine and unwind. We took opportunity of the pool every day. We also enjoyed the private chef prepared dinner, and had leftover food for the next night. Thanks Barbara for being a wonderful host!

Be warned- there are stairs so you will have to carry your luggage up and down stairs. Other than that this was an amazing condo. Clean, well stocked with essentials and comfortable bed and sleeper sofa. Very quiet and safe surroundings on the golf course. The pool was great for the kids to use as well.

We always stay at Pointe Royale, and this is by far the best condo we’ve stayed in! So clean and cozy! We loved that it had a sectional for watching movies on the rainy day! Just perfect! We will stay in this exact condo every time we visit!

Our fav thing was the view from the glassed in porch. Everything was great w the condo. It was clean, comfortable, well-decorated . We didn't cook but kit looked well equipped. Beds were great! We go to Branson a lot; we will be trying to rent it again. (If only there was a way to contact them.)

I won’t come back because of the little things. The toaster burnt my toast and set off the smoke alarm. My back ached every morning from the bed. It’s the little things I noticed and there were too many little things that needed help.
