Chic Townhome in Trendy East Nash

My guests & I enjoyed our stay overall! Initially the location of the home looked a little sketchy. But we settled in just fine & felt very safe coming & going; even late at night. It was very quiet & the home looks just like the pictures. Very nice! My only caution would be that the owners do a little more due diligence with pest control because although lady bugs are typically harmless, we had to constantly get rid of them throughout our visit & initially found several nests throughout the home that we had to get rid of before we could move about & sleep comfortably. Also, we were unable to use the dining room table & a couple of the chairs because they were very unsteady & we didn’t want to cause more harm. Overall, we would stay there again but would love it if the owners would take a little more care to the upkeep. Also, they were very quick to respond when we did need assistance.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were surprised about the bunk beds because that wasn't in the picture however it was still a queen bed and very comfortable We ran to a small issue that they came and fixed right away. So overall we are happy with our stay.

Had a few hiccups with the washer machine here but the host was incredible with remedying the situation. Would stay here again!

We had a very nice stay the townhouse was spacious and clean. It is advertised as sleeping 8, however one is a bunked which was put in the smallest room. The top bunk could not be used as a light was hanging down over the top bunk. My 9 year old hit it and luckily did not get hurt so she had to sleep on the couch. There is a garage but no way to enter without walking to the condo unlocking front door and opening garage and walking back to vehicle and driving it around. At night it is dark no exterior lighting. Location was very convenient. I would stay there again.

Over all great house! IT was beautiful. I had a little problem but was easily fixed. Thank you for being a great host. I loved the location.

great spot to stay in a perfect location. very quiet area but only 15 mins to downtown. only downside is that there were no blankets anywhere so make sure you bring your own!

Our Nashville stay was great. The airbnb was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and large kitchen, dining and living room space.

I was nervous at first , but I instantly fell in love with this house ! The place was absolutely amazing . It was 3 stories . They offered a 2 car garage . I would definitely stay here again ! I’m literally booking this house in 2 months , just based on my previous stay ?

Clean and convenient. Only two issues during stay. 1. The key code didn’t work upon arrival, but the host answered right away and resolved the issue within minutes. 2. The microwave didn’t work and that issue was not resolved until the second to last day (of a 6 day stay) so some food was wasted due to not being able to conveniently heat it. Overall the stay was good. Quiet neighborhood. Felt safe which was great since it was two female travelers. Bonus - door dash could find us easily #iykyk. Would stay again.
