Pet Friendly - Near DT Nash & Music Row!

I had such a great stay at this vrbo during my trip to Nashville. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—super close to all the downtown hotspots but still quiet enough to relax after a long day. Check in was very smooth and the host was excellent at responding in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again and I would recommend to anyone staying in the are.

The broken parking awning was first impression and was very intimidating as to what was to come. Once we got inside the place was very nice, clean, and plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the property and would definitely stay again.

First impression was the concern of the busted carport. We did not park underneath it due to concern of it collapsing. There were stains in the carpet of the bedrooms and some rooms had bugs coming in from the windows.

Property was slightly difficult to find, especially when we had to check in at night, would recommend instructions on getting to the property.Check in almost had me worried, I tried contacting twice and had no reply up until 2 days before I stayed, but after communication was 5/5 amazing.The property itself was beautiful, clean and a great quiet area to get some rest in, and I love how the 2 rooms had portable A/Cs for the muggy Tennessee temperature. Would absolutely stay there again

The property was clean. Loved the porch Easy access to downtown. The carport felt like a safety issue because the roof was not stable and caving in.

The property was perfect for us. With the exception of the stairs, I was in a wheelchair so it was difficult. Every question I had for the host was answered promptly, and we were granted a later checkout, which helps us immensely. I would definitely stay here again if it didn’t have the stairs

The good- size of the unit was spacious. Unfortunately, the pictures online were misleading. Multiple furniture pieces were different & lesser quality than the pics or missing all together. Though an attempt to remodel the unit was done, there were many broken or almost broken things in the unit. The carpeting was also heavily stained & had an odor. The A/C unit was not sufficient at all & multiple fans were needed to stay cool. & we almost had a serious security issue where someone from the rental co. attempted to enter the unit while we were there.

Was difficult to find at night. Inside was fairly clean and looked like the pictures. 2 of the 3 beds were not comfortable. The car parking area had giant holes in the roof with boards hanging down and we only parked in the car port half way hoping nothing fell onthe cars.The wind blew off a big rubber matting and we reported it but nobody came to fix it. The outdoor patio was nice but the carpet under neath was deterated so bad that it brought in the materials inside. This place could be nice just needs some work. nibuunderneathour cars. We stayed in the upstairs unit. The stairs and deck could use a little TLC. The listing states that it sleeps 8. It came with a queen size air mattress that you plugged into the wall to inflate. Which was great! It also had a twin size air mattress that we couldn’t use because it had a small hole in it. It would’ve been nice to be able to use it so no one had to sleep on the couch. Other than that the property was very clean and nice.

This property is need of TLC. The garage roof was torn and a hole had rotted through it. Repairs were done to the outside steps and Nails Are Sticking Out. The beds are broken down and need replacing. The front door is hard to open and close. The couch smells. the overall property needs to be cleaned, trash laying around and weeds. And the garbage was piled up what looked like for a couple weeks. The deck needed to be re-stained.

This is a great rental if you have a group that needs 2 to 3 beds. There are three bedrooms. There were extra towels, which I appreciate and things for the most part were very clean. The few things that need to repair, the management company said they would be over to fix shortly. This was a great place to rent to get up to Broadway and the music and the other activities of Nashville.

The listing is not accurate. The communication during our stay was great. Location was fine, but if you're looking to be walking distance to the tourist attractions this is not the place. My hope is that management works on the property, because it really has the potential to be what they advertise.
