We absolutely loved the house. 7 adults in town for a concert. Beautiful home, very comfortable, we felt right at home but better. Easy uber ride to broadway. We would definitely stay here again. If I could have rated you higher than 5 I would have. Fabulous!!

We loved staying at this home. The house looked exactly as the photos, the screened in porch was a favorite and the beds were comfortable. It was also nice that they provided a starter kit for the kitchen and bathroom shampoos etc. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. It's a short walk to to some nice restaurants and an short/easy Uber drive to downtown - never had to wait more than 5 mins. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Nashville!

What a beautiful home in a great location! We were several adults and two babies and the accomodations were perfect. Hosts even provided complimentary soaps, detergents, lotions, and other toiletries. That little touch makes a difference. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a really large and charming home in Germantown. It is great for big groups and in close proximity to a lot of great local spots, without being in the crowded downtown area or paying Broadway prices. Rooms are big and there are enough bathrooms for a larger group too. We had 6 people and it was very comfortable. We used the fire pit and tv in the evenings. Check out was easy albeit 10am is a little early, but overall I have nothing but positive things to say about the place.

The interior of house is very cozy and furnished very stylish and comfortable. The location is great for all things downtown Nashville. Very walkable to Nissan Stadium and Broadway. Farmer Market is very close by.

Great location near Germantown and Farmer’s Market. Check out time is a little early. Lots of room for 6-8, but tubs drain slowly so non-slip mats might be a good idea. House was clean and quiet and backyard screened in area was great.

The house was great. Everything was as stated. The pictures of the back yard were much nicer than reality. It was decent but not fabulous. The kitchen was under stocked on items if you plan on having meals there (which we did). Supplies were short (dishwasher tabs, no broom to be found). The bed in the master bedroom was very squeaky. You literally could not turn over without waking the other person because it was so loud. The house was light on linens. These were minor inconveniences in the grand scheme of everything so I don’t want to sounds like it wasn’t nice because it was. Just a little more attention to some details would be great. Overall it worked well for us and we were happy we chose this home.

We had a good stay in this nice home. We were 3 couples staying here to enjoy Nashville. The home was lovely, plenty of seating to hang out together, we walked to a Germantown restaurant called Sonny’s that happened to have a trivia night happening so that made for a fun evening. There’s a krogers in walking distance also. A couple of us need a firm mattress bc of our backs and unfortunately, 3 of the bedrooms have very soft mattresses and the master bed was super soft and squeaky whenever someone moved around in the bed. Maybe I should have contacted Grand Welcome during our stay, instead of afterwards, but I’m not sure what they could have done about a mattress during our 5 days there. Fortunately the one room with 2 beds have very firm mattresses so the bad backs had relief. There was a tornado warning while we were there and no basement access available so there’s that! We’d probably stay here again if we find ourselves back in Nashville. We had a great time in this great town.

We had problems with the WiFi connection. We had to work during this trip but would call everyday about the WiFi connection. We were given 2 passwords and none of them worked. We disconnected and reconnected the wires, as they suggested…We would speak everyday to help get this taken care of but no resolution. Each time we did text, they did respond but still had issues with the WiFi. . We had to go somewhere else to use our laptop. This was super frustrating as we couldn’t use the TV and couldn’t use our laptops at the house. They finally called a service person to come in but it was on the day we were checking out. Other than that, everything else was good with the house

There was a small issue that took some time to get to the right person to get the issue resolved. Once we were able to reach that person, the issues that we had were resolved quickly. They also contacted me later in our stay to check on us and made good suggestions on things to do in town they thought we would enjoy. The House itself was clean. It has lots of areas to gather for larger groups that might be staying there. Parking is a bit of a challenge. Only one spot behind the house and one in the front of the house. There is plenty of parking on the side street next to the house.

Great location and property! Would definitely recommend to others and if we come back would rent again. For property management: All small items that did not affect our enjoyment but we thought you would like to know about them. Rocking chair on front porch needs to be looked at.Kitchen needs more items like flippers, silverware, dishwasher lower rack missing a wheel, sink needs a rubber drain cover over disposal, kitchen chairs one was broken.

A few things need attention master bed is horrible and squeaky every move also the lawn was so high we couldn’t enjoy the back yard

Property was actually better than advertised, Short walk to Farmers Market; intermediate walks to Painters Alley and Broadway. Everything was as adtertised or better EXCEPT check-in. We drove from Texas and arrived 45 minutes early. Initial communication from management stated if available early, they would let us know. Upon arrival I contacted company as house was vacant and no cleaning crew was on sight (obviously available). Response was cut and paste verbatim of earlier email. Feel customer service is lacking and response was simply lazy. Wife and I retired two years ago and travel 6-7 months of the year, I know when my chain us being yanked. LOZVE the property; management group not so much. Also, need to repair rear gate lock assembly, and to take it apart to get garbabge out.

Hope gardens has a great location!! The Farmers Market and Bicentennial park are a few blocks away. An Uber ride to Broadway is around $17. The house was clean but had a slight sour odor. It would have been nice to have directions on how to use the tv/Roku.

We were five girlfriends visiting Nashville for the first time. This house was perfect - great location, clean, comfortable. The weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the fire pit, but we had a great time!
