Cool vibe, definitely in a popular set of air bnbs - lots of visitors in the various apartments, uber was really fast on pickup, easy to get downtown. The coffee machine is a Keurig so buy pods, not ground (; . Definitely worth it.

Convenient enough to downtown, the building is mostly short-term rentals which can mean lots of other temporary guests without the benefit of someone central to manage it like you would have in a hotel. The proximity to the train is something I don't recall from the listing so if you're a light sleeper, be prepared and consider bringing something more than the ear plugs they provide.

Great location! The building was very cool and loved the speak easy! 4 adults were a little cramped but we made it work. And the air mattress was super comfortable.

We very much enjoyed our time here. one small thing to note. The couch is more for look than comfort, but the important part the bed was incredibly comfortable. very stylish place. We enjoyed the speakeasy as well. Easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The train didn't seem to be too much of an issue. We had another couple with us that stayed in another room and they had guests above them. You could hear everything. we didn't have anyone above us so it wasn't an issue. Thanks for such a great stay.

This apartment is beautiful! The aesthetic was so pleasing and location in relation to downtown was perfect. Finding the building was a little confusing but we were able to figure it out quickly. The only complaint I have is that there were renovations taking place in the unit above hours, so for two days it sounded like we were in a construction zone all day & found it hard to really relax & enjoy our stay. Otherwise, everything was perfect & the host was wonderful! We appreciate our stay & would love to visit again!

This is a great part of town in a cool historic building. There is a Speakeasy in the basement that we visited twice during our stay. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves here.

This place was super cute, loved the building and the speakeasy was a huge plus with a chill vibe and good cocktails. The bed was comfortable, we had plenty of towels, paper towels, trash bags, etc. It was a short, inexpensive Uber ride to and from Broadway. The ONE thing I would like to point out, although not a huge deal, the couch is not a sofa bed. It is a rather small and quite uncomfortable futon. Just sitting on it is uncomfortable since it is not cushiony at all. I don't see how anyone could sleep on it and it is a tight squeeze for an average height person. While we did fold it out for our friend to test it, luckily, there was a nice, thick, air mattress in the bedroom closet and decided that would be MUCH better. Would definitely rent again!

We loved the place !! Super clean and cool industrial look. Host was very responsive and very nice!! Close to all the fun spots. Cute speak easy down stairs. Definitely will stay here again!! You guys will not be disappointed!! Thank you for making my husband’s Bday weekend awesome !!!

Overall our stay was excellent, highly recommend this location for downtown Nashville activities! It’s in a safe, walkable area with lots to do and the building is lovely. Couple minor hiccups when we checked in, weirdly the company doesn’t allow you to cool the ac passed 68 degrees soo be prepared for that, BUT they responded so quickly and brought us fans, more blankets for the extra bed and even fixed the TV programs for us. The rep was excellent, so sweet and responsive, and we ended up being really comfortable. Thanks to the team for all their hard work and responding to us so quickly!! To me that means more in an Airbnb than anything else.

Really easy place to get to, drive up to the nice gate and it automatically opens for you entering or leaving. Parking was free and always plentiful, with access to the building/room being extremely easy. You will hear the train occasionally at night and throughout the day but it’s not obnoxious. Everything inside the room was exactly as described and the place was fairly clean. We found a few hairs in the sheets but there was extra sheets in the closet. The pool is quite nice offering an outdoor bar and patio area. The gym was also pretty good having some cardio equipment, cable machine and some dumbbells. Club 1865 located in the basement is an alright spot to get premium drinks, with the bartender being very knowledgeable on must stop places. I probably wouldn’t walk the neighborhood alone at night but it is quite close to broadway/downtown, with a drive of less than 10 minutes. Overall I would stay hear again.

This was an amazing little apartment to stay in. It was cozy but not cluttered and had everything we needed. The location was convenient and the speakeasy on the bottom level of the building was the part of our vacation that we didn’t know we needed. The pool is super small but well kept. I would definitely stay here again!!

Couch was not comfortable. We spent more time in the bedroom watching TV due to the living room furniture being to small.

The host was very proactive and checked in with us to make sure we were taken good care of! The rooms were clean except for the couch has some weird little spots on it and the left arm seemed to be maybe almost on the edge of being broken, but it didn’t bother us because we just chose to avoid it so nothing would break! AC and heating was perfect!

Great place to stay just 3 miles from downtown. The speakeasy in the basement was a nice place to wind down after being on the town. Issac was the bartender and is a true mixologist! Note there are no condiments ie; salt pepper etc. So bring your own. Excellent and prompt communications with the host. Highly recommend this location.

Condo itself is trendy. Definitely not walking distance to broadway. 10-15 Uber ride to broadway. Very nosey property on 1,2 Floors. If you are looking to save money & stay far away from downtown great option. Overall great place to sleep.

Such a great place, very clean, and convenient to everwhere we wanted to go. Only small drawback is due to the old construction of the building - the ceiling of the unit is the floor of the one above, so footsteps etc of those above are clearly heard. But we would def stay there again!

Check in was very easy. We enjoyed the text letting us know the unit was ready early. The place was great for 2 people. Our biggest critique was that we would have enjoyed a nicer, plush couch. A place to be comfortable to sit with a tea and chill.

Amazing location and property. Uber rides to broadway for under 8 and a two minute walk to Starbucks. Close to Farmers Market, Broadway, and several great restaurants.

Loved renovated building, 1865 club had cool vibe and tasty drinks, small pool but felt great in 95 temps, tiny hard couch NOT comfortable needs replaced plenty of room to do so, sound machine/ fan necessary for train noise behind building, need more than 2 towels for 5 nights, plus side did have laundry in unit!! Location to downtown great!

The property was great and perfect for my husnad, my son and I. Property was clean and within a short drive to Broadway. The only issue we had, was not being notified that maintenance was coming in for some AC work and to check a leak. Came back to the unit and he was there. Very nice gentleman even showed us the work he did. It was nice enjoying the city areas and being ablento come back to what feels like homeWould definitely reccomend to others and would definitely book again next time we are in the area
