Since our kids are older, they loved having their own space…and the game room was a huge hit. It truly was the perfect place for all of us to relax, spend quality time together, and enjoy the week. We had an excellent stay! Everything was like it was described and the host was very responsive and accommodating to any questions we had. The place could be difficult to find and harder to get to in harsh weather — it was peaceful and perfect for our group to get away. Remember to lock your car doors and keep food inside — there are bears nearby at night!

Pictures look exactly like the listing. Only issue is the master shower didn’t drain but the host was super quick with responding and sending out something to diagnose and fix. Beautifully decorated and super close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I enjoyed our weekend away.

Great location once you find the place, very hard to do in the dark. Maps doesn’t recognize the address in the correct spot. Pin it once you get there and it is much easier. House was as described, although we didn’t realize the game room was not attached, but are very glad it wasn’t so the kids could make all the noise playing air hockey and we didn’t hear it! Only 5 dining chairs, so if you have the max 10 people there are not enough seats to eat at the table. We had an issue with a shower not draining, so messaged and maintenance came quickly. No hangers or dressers to put clothes in, which isn’t a big deal for a couple nights, but if you stay longer than that, it makes it a little difficult to organize your clothes. Having tower fans was nice. Would recommend overall

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean. The game room and board games inside the house were a huge plus, and having multiple bathrooms was perfect for a larger group. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. A couple of things to note: the beds weren’t very comfortable—two upstairs were quite firm, and another one felt too soft and sagged toward the middle. The kitchen table only seats six (as mentioned in the listing), so if you have a full house, there isn’t quite enough seating for everyone at once. The main living room also doesn’t have space for the whole group to hang out together. Overall, these were minor inconveniences compared to how much we enjoyed the house. The location was wonderful—we even spotted a mama bear with her cubs, a coyote, and some turkeys during our stay!

The house was very spacious. Plenty of room for my family of six. The kids the loved the game room. It has a very well stocked kitchen, beds were comfortable. The bathrooms have awesome showers. The whole place was very clean and looks like the pictures. It’s a little tricky to find the place but once you do it’s good. I would stay there again for sure.

Great place for our children and grandchildren. Everyone loved the separate game room. The grandkids loved the downstairs area and the double bunk beds. Thought the spiral staircase would be a problem for the toddler but a gate prevents entry. We had 11 people and everyone had a bed. The location is great and it is a quick drive to either Gatlinburg or Piegon Forge. I loved the quick response in communication from hosts and fast response on a few items.

There is much to appreciate at this property, including the game room, variety of sleeping arrangements, and ample kitchen amenities. The communication/instructions with check in and check out were very clear and helpful. It did not take long to get a response and needs were met satisfactorily. The decor is nice and thoughtful, and layout is fun and uncommon. Parking is easy. Beds were comfy, although bringing your own blanket or pillow may be preferable. However, these are things someone should consider when booking: this is a place to encounter wildlife- which we thought was cool, there are a lot of mosquitoes- not so cool for us, lots of spiderwebs inside and out- also not a favorite for us, rugs beneath beds are not secure and condensation drips on floor- just be aware as someone may slip.

1000/10!! Gorgeous, gorgeous cabin! I have absolutely nothing bad to say because in my eyes and my family’s eyes this was a perfect cabin! Clean, spacious…incredible hosts they were awesome in communicating with me each time I had a question. It’s peaceful and we enjoyed (especially our two boys) walking down to the pond to fish. It’s right in the middle of gatlinburg and pigeon forge, so that was a plus. No long drives to get to the attractions. We loved everything about and and would definitely stay again.

This place was a perfect stay for the 8 of us! It was beautifully decorated and comfortably fit us all. I wouldn’t recommend using Apple maps to find it, but checkin was super easy and the host gave us all of the details we needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

We chose this location for proximity to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Either little kids we wanted ease to come and go while feeling secluded still-this was perfect. The views were beautiful and the hot tub at night was perfect. My kids loved the game room and the bunk beds. Very family friendly. We would choose this spot again when we come back. We had no issues but I felt like if we did it would be answered very timely. Overall, great experience and place we can’t wait to come back!

The home was perfect for me and my family of six—we felt instantly comfortable and right at home. The space was exactly what we had envisioned, with décor straight out of a home and garden magazine. When we had an issue with the air conditioning, the host responded promptly and resolved it without delay. My only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen with a few more essentials, such as a strainer and additional bowls for those who enjoy cooking. These items can easily be found at Dollar Tree. Aside from that, the house was absolutely amazing!

The home was just as pictured—beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived, we did notice that the beds and overall cleanliness were not up to standard, but to their credit, the host responded quickly and sent someone out the next day to address the issue, which we really appreciated. We are currently experiencing some difficulties on the backend regarding a partial refund for the inconvenience, which has been a bit frustrating. That said, the stay itself was enjoyable, and the home had everything we needed. With a little more attention to cleanliness before guests arrive and a smoother resolution process, this could easily be a five-star experience

Beautiful modern stay in a central location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The beds were very comfortable and the rest of the furnishings were super cozy. The kids loved the game room. I booked this place to celebrate my 30th birthday in Tennessee and it was great!! The primary room was very cold but the comforters on the bed kept us very warm!! Bathroom in primary was freezing! I managed because we found a heater on the property… so not a huge issue for us! Everything else was great and well decorated!! Ohh there was some people in my group that kept getting lost! Apparently maps on your iPhone doesn’t give great directions so most people had to use google maps!! There’s another review on here who gives great instructions on how to get there and that helped us out a lot!! Thanks Grand Welcome Smoky Mountains!! We will definitely visit again!!

It was wonderful but let’s go over a few things: First directions: take Flat branch off the parkway and turn left immediately at the stone cabin on the left. Go up that road until you see the White House in the left and the Beau Vista Estate sign on the right on a up hill road on the right. Take that to the top where the pond/lake is. Then look for the second road on the right - Hemlock. Go up Hemlock to the T. Turn right and it’s at the end of that driveway. Watch for drop offs. Second: once there be aware of bears that live on Hemlock. We had a recurrent party of four - one momma and three cubs. We believe we also had one male. All were peaceful but they will get on the front porch, carport and deck area. We did not have any on the back deck although that would be possible. We also had a large black cougar that no one believes but we got a picture so…. Do not feed the animals. Period. Third- the house we loved it. Cute spacious cooked well. Kids loved basement.

Beautiful place… but NOT SAFE for small kids. The stair way was too narrow and didn’t have a kids gate so grandson almost fell down I manage to grab him in the nick of time. I was able to barricade the access point. The only way to access downstairs was to have someone go down stairs. And unlock the door so that we can enjoy it. The home uses a Google Nest Thermostat very complicated to use and was on ECO mode. It was always too hot for us. The entire home had floor vents and ceiling fans except the Master brm. I asked for a floor fan and no one brought it. I tried opening the windows to let breeze in but no screen on window. And didn’t want bugs coming in. All things considered we still manage to have a great time.

Great place to stay. There were a few small issues that were present when we first got there but it was no fault of the host. The last quarter mile to the house is a little bit nerving the first time up there but I quickly got used to the drive. I would stay there again. Quick access to Gatlinburg or pigeon forge which was great.

What a beautiful and peaceful cabin. Very modern design, with new facilities. I will definitely look to stay here when we are next in the area, especially if with a larger group. Sadly the hot tub and sauna were unavailable during our stay, so check with the host if those are important for you. The road up to the cabin is steep in sections, but doesn't need any special vehicle. Just take the road slowly and all will be well. At the top of the last hill, the road turns sharply to the right, which can be disconcerting as you can't see the road easily when you have to start your turn.

This propety is BEAUTIFUL! Highly recommend staying. Here is some further info:Pros: -The location is amazing. There is a bridge that takes you onto the one way road towards Pigeon Forge. It goes over the other one way road which goes towards Gatlinburg, which means that you won't have to cross that traffic to get to the other road. -Again, the place is beautiful and spacious. Just as pictured and so so worth it.-The hosts were so friendly and communicative during our stay. They checked in on us almost daily and were so helpful, even messaging back almost instantly (within an hour or two), no matter the time of day.Some things of note:-Some parts of the road getting to the listing are a little narrow. It's not bad at all since there is very little traffic that travels that road. -The GPS does not take you exactly to the listing, but it is pretty easy to determine from there as you only have to go straight and take a right at the sign that says the address.-The master bath shower was draining a bit slow during our stay, but the hosts were extremely responsive and happy to address any issues.-The hot tub is not completely covered by the roof, so some stuff may fall from the trees into the hot tub. -The stairs going down to the basement are a bit rough. No matter who you are, it can be a bit difficult. I recommend taking the outside stairs when possible. If you are looking to stay here, I can say from experience it is worth it!!

We had an enjoyable trip to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg Area. The house was in a picturesque setting. It was clean, modern, and the hot tub was wonderful. There are several things that could have gained it a 5 star rating from us: Better communication on how to find the property. It was very difficult to find and the gps was worthless finding it. Master bedroom: Change out the mattress in the master bedroom or buy a mattress topper. The bed was so bad my husband slept on the couch the whole time and I woke up each morning hurting. Needs a dresser and a TV. Kitchen: necessities were lacking. We had to go buy cookie sheets, big bowl, and several other items. We did leave them at the property for the next people so they didn’t have to buy what is needed. Also, dish towels.Overall beautiful location, quiet, and perfectly situated.
