4 Stars for: - Cleanliness - Ease of check-in - Close proximity to the Brooklyn Bowl (Why I was in Nashville) Negative 1 Star for: - Single ply toilet paper (Stop being so cheap!) - Weird corporate emails that suggest they know exactly when you walked in the door. - Paying $50 for a late checkout, and then getting locked out after my original time had passed.

We had a nice stay on the riverfront! Pros: beautiful view/location, within walking distance to so many things, lots of extras (soap, towels, etc) and very cool AC which was a godsend in the heat. Cons: looked like mold on the AC vent in the bedroom, sliding glass door wouldn’t lock, smelled a bit like mildew Would absolutely stay here again, primarily because it was in such proximity to our venue but also because it was in a beautiful location!

Perfect for a party of two! Quiet and walking distance to the baseball field, restaurants and Broadway. Bed was super comfy and the cute groundhogs out back kept us entertained in the mornings!

This perfect for 2 people who sleep in the same bed. If 2 more sleep on the pull out things would be tight by my standards but the space would be an even better value. Just a 20 min walk up river to Broadway. The unit is located on the ground floor right off of the Cumberland River. While it's not extremely scenic and gorgeous it is really cool to watch the river flow by with a cup of coffee in the morning or a nightcap. We loved everything about our stay would rebook again.

The location was perfect, could walk to Broadway and most entertainment! The Airbnb was clean and quiet. Unfortunately, the pullout couch could not be slept in, had to use the blowup mattress that was provided.

Workout facility was less than adequate. Bedroom was open floor plan with no door or privacy. Guest bed was not sleepable pullout with spring cutting into back and head lower than feet (awful) and negative feed back on this for over 2 years.

The area was quiet. The condo was excellent. We were in town for a Football game at the Nissan Stadium and it was walking distance. Just a little over a mile. Felt safe the entire stay. The bed was so comfortable and the host was great. Would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Check in and check out was very easy. It was close enough to walk to Broadway and enjoy everthing. A nice suprise was the fireworks outside our door which we learned on the lady night after stumbling onto a baseball game this is where they where coming from. The tv was a bit tricky but we figured it out. Overall it was a great stay.

We found the condo to meet our expectations. It was clean with a nice riverside view. The area seemed fine during the day, but a little sketchy at night. An additional supply of towels within the unit would have been nice. Overall, a great value.

This is a cute unit. Great location as we have stay in this area before. Our host was generally quick to help us with our needs which was so appreciated. However, this unit needs improvement. Ac unit should be cleaned very misty smelling do to lack of the ac filter not being changed. The couch is super bad and should be replaced. The kitchen really needs more utensils,glasses, etc. last but not least the exterior of this building needs improvement very dirty. Which is the property management’s responsibility. I have read some of the same concerns in comments Hope this will get rectified as it is a great little unit and locations.

Lovely location, right on the river. Felt safe in spite of it being in a industrial neighborhood that is in the process of building what appears to be new housing.

Everything was great except the communication. I never received any emails with Check-in/out instructions. Also, the couch was VERY uncomfortable! I actually think the pullout sofa bed part is broken because you feel like you’re sitting on the floor. Usually we wouldn’t be in the room much, but due to bad weather we were. Location was PERFECT and it was really cool being ON the river!

OK for a short stay. Easy location to access the city, always felt safe.Great water pressure in shower. Couch could use an update and flooring is uneven.

Had a conference in town so we just needed a place to rest. It was perfect. Twenty minute walk from the strip to eat or drink. We ubered when it was really cold!

The location was perfect. I was attending a conference at the convention center and it was an easy ride over. The parking lot was covered and directly in front of the entry to the condo. We arrived late at night & it was nice not to have to navigate a sketchy parking garage.The condo was cute and very clean. Nice bed linens were provided and the kitchen was stocked with the basics needed for putting together a simple meal. I will stay here again if I have business in Nashville.

Within walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to do. (Less than a mile.) We also loved being on the river and seeing the groundhogs everyday. The condo itself was clean and comfy, however the sofa needs to be replaced. It’s broken on one side. The dip in the hallway near the bathroom is also a trip hazard as one other reviewer mentioned. It can easily be stepped over, but will catch you off guard if you’re not careful. It also includes everything needed to cook full meals if you’re staying more than a couple of days. The walls are also kind of thin and walking can be heard from the upstairs unit. Overall, it was a great place for us and we’d recommend staying here if you don’t want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Stayed here for nearly 3 weeks. Walked to downtown several times and enjoyed the river view every day. Had an internet issue and host was quick to respond to any messages. Laundry onsite is nice. Parking is easy and safe. Would definately stay again.

Condo was clean and well- furnished. Enjoyed view of the river and short distance to Broadway. Floor going into the bathroom is soft causing a divet before entering the tiled bathroom. Bit of a tripping hazard.

Everything was good. View to the river is nice. Walked to the strip 15 min and rides cost 15 to 20. Would definitely stay there again

Everything was great enjoyed the apartment! Only suggestion I have is that you put a nicer mattress on the fold out couch or replace the coach with new one. The bed was the worse one I have ever slept on.

Beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed watching the sweet critters outside. Very short drive to everything. Would definitely stay again. We would have liked to walk to some of the venues but didn’t feel comfortable doing that with the homeless population living in the park just next door.

The apartment is very cute and location is good. They need to upgrade the furniture. The couch has no cushion left. There is only 1 small frying pan to cook with. No spatula and very limited utensils. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the pool area is great!
